Just a small suggestion: can turbotax import the cost of tax software? This information is available to the program!

I don't know why we need to pay state filing when we already paid for the product. There are other companies that don't charge.

The return would unexpectedly close when I would hit a "Continue" button or "Print to PDF" button. Had to re-enter and re-enter data!

I have been using TurboTax Premier for years because of the ability to include investments and rental property. The ability to save the file as you collect all of the documentation is invaluable. Love it..great product.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2005. The questions are similar to going to a tax professional which I did prior to using Turbo Tax. The process of doing taxes yourself makes you more aware of your tax situation.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years, I really like it but would like for it to remember my "no" or "none of the above" answers instead of me having to re-select them at every review.

There is a bug with the mortgage interest deduction when you rent out part of your home. If I take the deduction as part of the rental, it is not reflected when I do my home mortgage deduction.

Overall it's a very smooth tool. But, in California, conservation easements are only deductible to 30% of AGI, and TurboTax doesn't handle that correctly.

Previously retired but relocated in 2017, requiring filing in 2 states. Turbo tax made it quite acceptable to work through. The instructions are very clear and the checks are helpful.

Love the software and the process it uses. the price is right. I've never had an issue. Lets me help my family with questions. process is detailed but easy to follow. good Q&A.
