Overall a good product. Help line was helpful with product but not familiar with how I can load my new OS for Mac. Took a while to find the free Mac OS upgrade. I am happy and trust the product!

I was unable to efile my fed return but under ny law, must efile. turbo tax does not allow for separating the returns which would allow you to do that.

I've turbotax for over 25 years and I trust it. I'll keep using it for the foreseeable future. It is easy and accurate for me, our taxes are not too complex, just a bit more than a standard EZ return.

Written with the user in mind and with a sense of humor. Great program. Amazingly simple to use and understand. The ability to start and stop anywhere and at your convenience is wonderful.

Have used TT for past 8 years. Feel confident that returns are calculated correctly and contain all needed info. Much faster than manual preparation for a return that has itemized deductions and self-employment income.

It's a jungle!! Please provide an overview map of how return pages (quick and detailed) and worksheets are connected to each other. At times numbers show up on pages and it's impossible to tell right away where they came from.

Good product for preparing taxes myself. This is about the 8th year I've used it and it gets better each year. The use of profiling or going on your own is a benefit. I like the audit defense option as a form of peace of mind.
