It's been ten or twelve years in a row now that I've used Turbotax to prepare and e-file taxes. It is easy to work with, concise, and covers everything needed to itemize deductions. Even prepares the property tax refund paperwork in Minnesota.

could have downloaded info. on both parties who filed separately last year but did not. would be nice to upgrade turbo tax annually rather than continually buying a new software package. Minimal fee would include annual upgrade of program.

I had found sections of the previous versions hard to navigate and was thinking of alternatives. Given the fast approaching deadline and the ability of the program to copy info from previous returns, I stayed with TTax.

As last year, could not get the state tax forms printed along with the fed e-file. The instructions are just too confusing. And now, I am having printer problems, so will restart PC and try to print from the saved PDF

TurboTax was quite straight forward. It was easy to input our personal data and be assured we were checked by the "smart check" application at the end.

Turbo Tax is the reason I do my own taxes. It is sooo easy and I could do them in a couple of hours if only I had all of my own information organized. I appreciate the audit defense option.

very pleased as in prior years where auto pics from prior years saves lots of time. very accurate and friendly when checking facts over to avoid mistakes. cost reasonable considering the work and details the system provides

Turbo Tax helps me do my taxes myself with high confidence and the step by step process with interview questions allows me to understand how the numbers are calculated.

There were a few bugs. The review did not finish, a couple of worksheets were created for no good reason, and the fact that the program does not retain and import all the data from previous years... User since 1980s (spreadsheet based program)

REJECTED BECAUSE OF THE TIME FRAME WE HAD TO RE FILE. STATE SHOULD NOT REJECT JUST BECAUSE THE FEDS REJECTED. WOULD NOT LET ME PULL DATA FROM PREVIOUS YEAR BECAUSE I CHANGED COMPUTERS....
