I procrastinate every year, thinking that filing my taxes will be a miserable experience. By now, I should learn that TurboTax makes it as easy as it can possibly be.

I sold some funds I had at Edward Jones, and there was Foreign Tax involved. Not sure if the prob was TT or EJ's statement (or both), but I really had NO idea how to get to the correct answer to fill in.

I could have used a link with better explanations or a guide to make a correction based on a suggestion by Turbotax. The suggestion was clear on what needed to be done but vague on how.

TT makes is simple and it goes quite quickly with the breakdown by category. There are great resources at your fingertips that are understandable. I split it up btwn 2 days so I don't get overwhelmed. And then I can double double check my entries.

Before allowing me to submit our return, Turbotax alerted us that our tax burden would be reduced by $3000, if we Were to contribute $13,000 to an IRA. A no-brainer. Thanks.

I believe that people appreciate your approach to keeping tax preparation as simple as possible. I like the little reminders and suggestions in the program.

I believe adding a pop up message regarding the benefit in dollar amount if someone decides to add money to existing IRA account between January 1st and April 17 will be beneficial to some user.

Easy to use software. Simple download, picks up data from financial institutions so you dont have to enter each and every line item, step by step process to efile (for a fee).

I have been using turbo tax for many years. For the past two years when I'm finally ready to file Turbo Tax tries to charge me for my free state and charge me again for my second state return. Then they all me back only to put me on hold again.

Turbotax provides a workable system for filing that is easily followed and thorough enough for simple/ moderately involved cases. Deductions sections could have more in depth explanations or examples.
