have used TT for many years. will continue to use it. use if very easy and even if you know nothing about filling out the tax forms the interview format is very helpful.

I've been using Turbo Tax forever but it is really difficult to read and even see what the numbers and test look like. Please make the font larger and put black on white (kinda like this) . Easier to read and less change of making an error.

Have used for years and will continue to do so, just for the download capabilities. love that I don't have to do the addition/subtraction on most of the forms. Gives me a sense of confidence in doing my own taxes even when complicated

error said: Form xxx 4039?? Line 3a needs entry. I had blank and needed a 0. Then I had to figure out what "easy step" meant. To get back from Forms ... after finding it.

I've used turbotax for the past 5 years straight and will continue to do so. Its fast, easy, comprehensive, pulls in from prior years, current and all around great.

Turbotax guided me through each step of the process! When an item came up that was unknown it was just a quick click to get a full explanation - and that was perfect. It was also quick, and so nice to do in the privacy of your own home.

my son moved to california, so doing 2 states is more than HR block, so I may switch next year. otherwise a good tool to accurately do the income taxes

When doing the daughters taxes, she lives in NY for school. NYS requires e-file. I did not have acces to her previous year filing. It would be helpful to be able to file federal by paper and state by e-file.

I like the fact that I can use the product and know when it is done I am finished. When I owe and I usually do owe a little, it allows me to pay with a record of paying in an easy way.

At the end when printing out my taxes and selecting a bank account my turbo tax software would just stall out with a spinning wheel. Hours later I gave up. Frustrating. I am a MAC user.
