This is a great product. I do not know why anyone would not be comfortable doing their own taxes with this product. Save your money on a CPA and just use TurboTax!

This is a great program. It is easy to use and the final review to find errors is very handy. It could be improved by letting one view a form and the indicated error side by side so the user could more easily know what to do.

Have been using TurboTax for 20 years and every year it gets better. Thanks Intuit! PS: Nicknames should be tied to e-mail address to allow duplicates. This method SUCKS!

Used to use paper and pencil and actually enjoyed the process. Can't imagine trying to do that with today's system. Hopefully, next time will be even simpler.

I've been using TurboTax for years and have always been satisfied. This year it seemed difficult to enter things for which there may have been an exception.

I have used Turbotax almost every year for most of my tax preparation years. I keep coming back and trust that I get the proper calculations and the largest refund available. Easy!

PDF files produced by Turbo Tax Mac do not produce Federal and State sections in the naviagation pane. All it shows is one docuement. Just a piece of trash. Bad user experience.

I had found sections of the previous versions hard to navigate and was thinking of alternatives. Given the fast approaching deadline and the ability of the program to copy info from previous returns, I stayed with TTax.

came up at end, after I efiled fed., saying I needed to send in a form 8453 along with form 8949, because I elected to not transmit my form 8949 (WHAT???) otherwise a good program, with limited clarifications of terms or tax law

My form 8283 transferred incorrect information from my TurboTax. I had 2 donee organizations. The description of items of donated property to the second donee organization were incorrect even though I had checked that they were correct in TurboTax.
