I have been using Turbo Tax since the 80's. I can't imagine using anything else. The program seems to get easier each year. I have never had a problem with accuracy or the electronic filing. I can't see changing to any other program.

I find the product easy to use. I like the online guidelines and Q and A and I like to links to the IRS website builtin to the Help Center. I like the fact that the product pulls in the previous year's information.

Once again, you have done a great job getting the software ready for us to use. Though they were a surprise, the new security features are a good addition.

I have used turbo tax to prepare my tax returns every year. I like the software tool, and the expert help. You are very helpful with your data base by storing each return in your data center.

Whenever I was finished with a section and clicked done, it returned to the top of the list instead of to the beginning of the next section. I had to scroll down to where I thought I had to go next. A taxing situation.

I like to print form prior to filing, and the default is for form to be kept by me. I would rather have the default to be the forms required by the government. They are easier to review.

seems that Turbo Tax should let the preparer know that a state return has fees when utilizing Turbo Tax, versus sending state returns free by USPS mail.

I have used TurboTax for many years and have found the product to be great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Makes a daunting task much easier and less stressful!! I give it 3 thumbs up!!!

Soo... easy to use-I had a complicated filing (I think) this year with IRA distributions and exceptions, buying a new home--no sweat with TurboTax. Long time user who has seen great growth in this product.Dixon, Ca

State tax should have tabs similar to the Federal tax step by step. To make changes you either have to go through the entire state step by step again or make the changes on the forms.
