I have been using TurboTax for a number of years. It would be good to focus on retired individuals info since I will be moving into that phase of my life soon.

It is a great product, however, all Apple users cannot use it unless they have external DVD drive. It would be great if Intuit could add a link for downloadable license.

Have used for years and will continue to do so, just for the download capabilities. love that I don't have to do the addition/subtraction on most of the forms. Gives me a sense of confidence in doing my own taxes even when complicated

wish you didn't have to type in the decimal point all the time for entering dollar amounts. Also, does not explain AMT very well. Should include better information, walk thru explanations, etc..

I imported my investment information. However Turbo Tax kept asking for information that had already been imported in. Very frustrating to keep going back to enter info that had already been brought in.

I have used TurboTax several years. There are few surprises. I depend on how user friendly it is, considering the twists and turns and complexity of the tax forms and rules. Thanks for such a useful product.

Great product for the price of purchase. I've been using others services which cost more. The product walks you through the steps with ease.Very easy to use and I love how it helps you fix your errors.

I know taxes are just a fact of life, but if I can save a little money and do it myself, but trust that it will be done right, then that would be my preference. TurboTax has my confidence.

This program walked me step by step through the entire process. It double checked all my entries and notified me of any errors before moving on. Turbotax made e-filing fast and simple.

I've used Turbo-tax now for over 20 years. In the past few years I've had to handle trusts and multiple K1's. These have been extremely difficult and I may need to have an accountant handle my returns next year.
