Hard to find out how to print state without going through the e-file. I just want to print and file without having to search all over on how to do it. I did not have this issue in previous years.

Pleased with the process of filling in numbers. Made a mistake deleted a category, went to the forms and completed the form. Not sure if this was added to my deduction. Recommend a way to allow the category to come back on the guide.

Direct transfer from previous year makes the start easy. Walking through education deductions was a nice touch as it reminded me to grab another 1098T

I have been using TurboTax for 8 years now and they are always up-to-date and if any changes need to be made, I receive an e-mail to update the software and follow the instructions on what to do.

When downloading, extracting and updating there should be an indication of progress. As it is now, a dialogue box appears on the screen but does not indicate anything is happening.

have used Turbo Tax premier for the last 10 years. always easy, never any issues, seems as if they are doing my taxes, I just answer the questions, provide info, and its is done. As long as there is an IRS, I'll use Turbo Tax....

I will never attempt doing my taxes without Turbotax! Everything is clear and concise and it prompts you to think of everything you may have otherwise forgot. Quick, easy, efficient, and beneficial....thats what Turbotax is to me!
