Have been using Turbotax for a number of years and like that it also gives me a summary of what happened on previous years so know if I forgot to add it this year.

Federal (and State) tax process is so complicated for the average person not associated with tax law. Turbo Tax makes it so we that want to willingly and accurately pay taxes can do so with confidence.

Overall I like the program. I really like the import feature for Mutual funds and banking. It is my 10 year using TurboTax, it has saved me money and time.

Good product for preparing taxes myself. This is about the 8th year I've used it and it gets better each year. The use of profiling or going on your own is a benefit. I like the audit defense option as a form of peace of mind.

Turbo Tax was asking me to do calculations on Form 2210...after I answered all the questions to get to that point. I expected TurboTax to do the calculations given basic input.

LOVE LOVE LOVE turbotax programs! Makes filing easy & thorough!! Options for e-file or snail mail. Imports from other Intuit programs & financial institutions if you want it to. I would recommend turbotax to anyone!

It appears as though the same updates are repeatedly made each time a user opens a return. The updates should be only the new updates that have not already been installed.

This program is easy to use. It has step by step guidelines and corrects you if you put the wrong information in. One of the best programs I have ever used.

Hard to go from worksheets to the final forms--Not many clear instructions this year in the Help windows. Some forms don't seem to resemble the final forms that are submitted to IRS.

1. unlike in past, downloads were difficult this year. 2. product got hung in a loop i couldn't get out of in the final review stage. 3. foreign tax paid needs some work. intuit should advise me whether to take the deduction or credit.
