We found your instructions confusing enough that we kept going around in circles, entering payment information multiple times before we found the right combination of buttons to push. You should make it easier to give you money :)

This is a very easy program to use. The questions asked are easy to answer and provide a useful guide for correctly completing the often confusing tax forms. I feel much more confident using this program than trying to do this on my own.

TT needs to have support available when one is trying to efile their return. I tried to contact support when I had corrected all the suggestions made when I got the 'we cannot file your return' message.

Been using turbo tax for over 10 years and this is the first year it would not transfer my information. This was especially painful with depreciation data and tables on rental properties. It has been a great program in all the previous years.

I have used the Turbo Tax product since 2006 and it has worked like a charm. Maximized deductions and prints/files all needed forms. Has saved me thousands of dollars in tax preparation fees. Wouldn't use anything else.
