I enjoy using the program. Its easy to follow as well as jumping around in the program to complete items out of sequence. I highly recommend the Intuit/turbo tax system.

Have been using since 2007 and will not switch to any other program. Very easy to use and understand. Best program I've ever used for individual tax returns. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The Turbotax Deluxe software provides thorough coverage of all relevant tax situations. Running the program makes you feel like you are in professional hands.

TT was again user friendly and seemed to do its best to navigate the adjustments to tax law for 2017. lets see how it does with the new Reform Act for 2018? Overall satisfied.

I have been using TurboTax since 2001. Over the years the state e-file fee was included but is no longer included. This should be included taking into account the cost of the software.

Turbo Tax makes changes to forms after they've been filled out. I had to fill in forms multiple times because the software removed them or made them blank

Pay for refund? Pay to file state when it should be free? No number to call for support? I had to file by mail due to no support. This is probably my last time to use.

Here we are 2/1 and I was able to file for my refund, this software ROCKS it EVERY year. I wish other apps were more in tune with the real customer experience as Turbo Tax is.
