I would like to see(an option) the forms open on the right as being completed and info entered, allowing me to know where its info going, on which form, allowing me to follow along and double check

I have used TurboTax for almost 20 years. It makes makes doing your own taxes very easy. I like the ability to be guided through all scenarios. That's usually what I do. But you also have the option to go directly to the form you want to work on.

I have used TurboTax to do my taxes for at least 30 years. I have never had an issue. Taxes have gotten more complicated over the years, and TurboTax takes all those complications away from you.

Turbo Tax was asking me to do calculations on Form 2210...after I answered all the questions to get to that point. I expected TurboTax to do the calculations given basic input.

Pretty straight forward and easy to find the answer to questions asked, except in one area. I am retired and get two pensions and two 1099-Rs. It's rather difficult to determine what "type" they are, Qual an Non-Qual and in what States is what.

Automatically downloaded my Mom's state software because I prepared her taxes last year. This was extremely frustrating. Otherwise, I've been a satisfied user since roughly 2001.

I love the way TurboTax walks you through each step and also allows you to ask questions or find out answers right in the step when needed. Very easy to follow!

Why the heck would you ask Turbotax users to answer questions posed by the community that clearly needed to be answered by tax professionals? That's just stupid.

MY TAXES ARE IN EXCELLENT PREPARATION DUE TO TURBO TAX….I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL I KNOW…IF YOU HAVE TO GATHER ALL THE information FOR AN ACCOUNTANT, THEN YOU MIGHT AS WELL PUT IN THE NUMBERS YOURSELF USING THIS outstanding PRODUCT.

The only problem I had this year was difficulty in starting a second return. There is no easy way to do this. So difficult I can't remember how I did it.
