I have used TT for several years now. I enjoy the capability of toying with different deductions. I travel so sometimes mileage works out better than reimbursement.

I have used turbotax since its inception but am concerned that when you need to get help on a question you are often lead down a rabbit hole with no real answer.

I've used Turbotax for years. Each year it becomes quicker and easier to do my taxes. I used another product once, but it wasn't as easy to use. I'm sticking with Turbotax.

I did very much appreciate that Turbo Tax was able to get through a complex (for us) situation of retirement from teaching to PERS income. Thanks, TT!

had to do more because it did not get my return and could not read it without starting over. Bad feature and made for more work entering last years data. Hope you can fix this. Jim

Great for computing stuff and importing. Bad in terms of trying to figure out where TT populated material from. Online help was often delayed so just canceled out.

I've gotten pretty savvy with TurboTax over the years and my banks and brokerage downloads have been stable. It managed life changes well after transferring from previous year. All in all it works very well for me.

I've been a TT user since 1995 and have never found a reason to change. The tools are all so well thought out. And the more recently added security steps leave me feeling very safe being "on-line" with all my most personal info.

In past years I've been able to round up Estimated Taxes to a number I prefer. This year I couldn't seem to do this. Has this changed or did I just not see this option?

I have used Turbo-tax for years & give it 5 stars for ease of use & ability to acquire additional advice from Turbo-tax & Turbo-Tax Nation! Love this product! It is so very much less money than paying a tax preparation service.
