Wants answers to things that aren't on the forms I'm sent. Has no explanation area: as in no vin # for donating part of a crashed airplane. So, some unusual circumstances have nowhere to go.

As last year, could not get the state tax forms printed along with the fed e-file. The instructions are just too confusing. And now, I am having printer problems, so will restart PC and try to print from the saved PDF

Using TurboTax this year was EXCRUCIATING! Been using TurboTax for the last 15 years! Why was our eFile information not saved from last year?? This will be the last time we ever use TurboTax!

my son moved to california, so doing 2 states is more than HR block, so I may switch next year. otherwise a good tool to accurately do the income taxes

The Intuit Account change password area was not working. It was difficult to go back and find the Home office deduction section. Other than these its a great product.

We've been using TurboTax for years. We have income properties and TT is such a breeze to file a return. Recently, we also receive a K-1 from a family estate, again, so easy to file. Don't change anything!

I believe adding a pop up message regarding the benefit in dollar amount if someone decides to add money to existing IRA account between January 1st and April 17 will be beneficial to some user.

The program thought I needed to file a form 2210 when in fact I did not. I had a refund and all my federal taxes were paid by wage withholding. The program forced me to fill out a form 2210 when penalties didn't apply.
