This has more then I would have expected for the price. Took a while to put together but no damged or missing peices! There are a lot of features and I am very happy with the quality. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in shape or get in shape at home and you have limited space. I have this in the basement with a low ceiling and it fit perfectly.

Almost ordered around xmas when it was 150, but was talked out of it. When it came back in stock in March, it was 199 so i ordered it. rethought and tried to cancel but it cane anyway. decided to keep rather than return and glad i did. so far im loving the little machine. The weights are adequate for someone that hasnt been actively working out for years. it appears to be stable and is just the right size for my bedroom setup. All pieces came and are quality made. install took about an hour by myself. Definitely worth about 200.

This is a really awesome piece of workout equipment ! It's easy to put together until you get to the pulleys ! Which I might add the complete diagram of how they go is located on the next to last page? This page needs moved to the pulley assembly section , I actually felt like I wish I hadn't purchased it ! Because my husband was so mad over it ! But once it's together it's nice for the money , a pair of disposable gloves would've been a nice addition to the grease you put on certain parts , this is worth the money and makes a great addition to your workout space !

For the price its a nice piece if equiptment. Definitely not the quality you would find in a gym but okay for home use. Im not quite sure why it has taken so many people so long to put together. The instructions werent great but it only took about 2 hours from start to finish to complete. For less than $200 i would recommend it but you would be crazy to pay anymore than that.

I purchased this not to body build but to maintain muscle. since I purchased it back in 2020 I have only been able to use it a couple of times since the cables don't properly sit in the wheels properly and the cables do not lift the weights themselves properly either( and not much weight is being used) as the saying goes you get what you paid for I hope the scrapper enjoys this once it's at the curb as it's just taking up room since I can't use it it's worthless!

I'm a gym rat and an avid weight lifer. I've never owned one of these before. It took about 5 hours to out together watched a YouTube video on it. Had zero problems. I'm 5'11 215 lbs. Like I said I'm an avid weight lifter for many years. I was very impressed with this system for less than 200 dollars. The lat pulldown for my height is just a bit short and you cant get the full range of motion. With that being said I worked my back today and still got a good workout from the lat pull. It has enough weight to do anything you want. You could build muscle tone whatever you like with this machine. It's got enough to satisfy me on the chest press and I bench about 275. Plenty on the chest fly. Enough on the lat pulldown and plenty on the low row and on the leg extension. The curl on the preacher curl attachment sucks once agian having tension on the full range of motion doesnt seem to be there. Doesnt matter to me I cant really use a preacher curl attachment anyway the tensions in my bicep and elbow wont allow it anymore. I'm 40 and spent many years in the gym. But for the money you can get a great workout if you know how to work out. And use the weight. I cant speak for the durability because I've just had it assembled one day. But I'd reccomend it. And it's not that big. You could get big with it if you wanted. Or just get a good workout

Best Home Gym I've owned, it took 4hrs to assemble everything, very compact and doesn't take a lot of space. only small problem was the two top pulleys we're so close to each other that we're making grinding noise, I fixed this by putting 2 washers between the two and problem solved. other one was the included poster doesn't show how much weight resistance oneself is using when selecting more weights. no point on buying other gyms offering more weights, 214lb is very sufficient. Overall was great buy, already feel my muscles are getting stronger everyday I'm exercising. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable home gym, for $179 this was a great deal.

Purchased to increase strength, not body building. Only used briefly as it is at another location, but quality and operation seems good. Assembly time was around four hours, but expected it. Not hard but lots of pieces. Assembled by myself without a problem. You are given a little bag of extra parts if you lose one, used an extra washer. All you need is a screwdriver, socket wrench and an adjustable wrench. You are given an Allen wrench. Should be fun!

When you receive this item be prepared for all the weights to be in one box along with other items, this box is very heavy It takes a long time to put this together because nothing is assembled. You even assemble the pulley assemblies. The overall performance of this machine at this point, seems to be okay. My concern is its life expectancy. As you assemble it it has a feeling of being a little fragile. if you don't wish to assemble it it does have a number you can call when you can hire somebody to assemble it for you. Otherwise so far so good.

You need at least 2 people to put this together and you have to read the instructions and go step by step if not you will be lost. There were pieces that didnt have a number or letter so you just have to figure it out. Other than this it works fine and does its purpose.
