Shipped in 2 boxes. Took everything out of both boxes and started to assemble only to notice it was missing the 80 lb vinyl weight stack. Spent about 45 min on hold with ICON, only to be told the weights don't have a part number and cannot be shipped seperately. ICON said take it to Walmart and return it to exchange. Seriously? Well I returned it all right and just got a refund. I'll take my business elsewhere....

Some reviewers had said that this was easy to put together.... I would have to disagree. I got into a few tussels with the machine while putting it together. Part of the issue was that most of the parts were not clearly marked. In the end I'm happy enough with it considering the price. The machine is a little shaky, though that could be because we placed ours on carpet.

Be sure to GET BOTH BOXES, if you do pickup at walmart, or even delivery. I believe thats why some people were missing parts. I picked up and they only gave me one box and didnt have instructions, so i googled it and noticed alot of people missing parts. I went back to walmart for the 2nd box and sure enough it was there!

Really difficult to put together. Nothing is marked and the bags have Chinese writing on them. So far 5 hours of frustration and only partly done. If your going to ship to the united states, it would be great if you would mark each piece and it was English. I will only buy American made products from now on, even if I have to pay more.

I just turned 66 and I put this together by myself. Husband was at work and was shocked that I did it in 5 1/2 hrs (2 breaks in between there). Its not as bad as I thought after reading reviews. Worst part is the 2 pullys on the top in the back but after some frustration I got it. I laid all the pieces out on our garage floor where we have a gym set up. I also watched the video on you tube because the manual was too hard to follow on its own. All pieces were here and even a little bag with spare parts was included. Nice addition to our home gym. Starting workouts tomorrow with husband. A little wobbly on the mats we have it on though.

Ordered home gym because needed to get working out again! Wow, was this the right thing to do. this piece of equipment is perfect for the home gym goer. it is quick and easy to adjust the settings and pump weights! Feels good again to be getting the exercise I need to stay in shape.

Not on the gym, but the store. I picked the gym up from walmart. There were no instructions included. I went online to see if anyone else had issues and saw that there are 2 BOXES- walmart only gave me one box. NOW i need to go back to walmart to get the other box. Waste of time.

I love this machine. It took a few hours to assemble. Have patience and study the cable diagrams carefully to avoid mistakes. It is nice and sturdy, and comes with a chart with 28 exercises. One of the cushions was missing in my box. I contacted the service center by email and they took care of the problem immediately, and I received the missing part within a week. Excellent service. I expect the machine to last many years. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great item perfect for everything I wanna do

It took me about 5hrs to put this together. Definitely need two people. Not hard just a lot of pieces.
