Kleenex ultra soft have been my go-to tissue for many years. Recently stocked up on the new "colorful" boxes, and to my great disappointment, the tissues seem much thinner and lower quality. What happened??? Very disappointed. First time I had to blow my nose with these for an extended period of time, the skin on my nose got raw.

No longer buying this product as it's box/packaging is ugly. It 'pops' in all my decor and NOT in a good way. I keep looking for more appealking packaging. This is too bad as I have LOVED the product for years. It sooths after a lot of tissue use. I've gone to another brand.

Besides my credit card the kleenex ultra soft slim wallet is the best thing in my purse. It's attractive and keeps my year round allergies in check-and no longer are kleenexes all over my purse. Instead they're in a pretty kleenex wallet. Thanks Kleenex!

For past three years, I adored the "islamic"/octagonal pattern boxes on the market -- the orange/red ones were my favorite, the blue my runner-up -- they were very Islamic/Asian and very well-suited to more sophisticated interiors. You even have it pictured in the blog/comment window I'm typing in, yet it has disappeared from all the shelves. In its place are "less sophisticated" designs, like something you'd find in a health care facility, or large tasteless bureaucracy office. Please give my commendations to the designer of those boxes you no longer carry: those were winners. Unfortunately, I understand that consumers like me are not the majority and perhaps my taste isn't the most popular. I don't eat Twinkies or corn dogs. Your current designs are "not auspicious."

I've been getting these for years and now not only has the price gone up, but the quality WAY down as they are so much thinner. You would need to use two at a time. I still have a couple old boxes around the house so even tho I could instantly tell the second I opened a new box how thin it was, I still held it next to the old one and wow, they are so cheap now. Generic brand quality now so save your money and just buy the generic

We've been buying Kleenex brand for many years, but the last few months on some of the boxes we have bought, every time I pull out a kleenex, a bunch of Kleenex white specs of Kleenex comes our with the tissue and I have it all over my shirt and the floor! I don't know what's going on, but it's not like it used to be! I'll be looking at other options!

It's fine to add some new designs but I sure wish you would keep some of basics without flowers & weird patterns. I used the gray and burnt orange which matched my bathrooms. Now the search is on for a replacement brand because I will not use the new designs. Any way to get some basics back?

Have bought these in the past and was satisfied but when I got these they have the worst smell. Musty moldy scent just horrible and have been sick since I started using these. My eyes water constantly and I use tissue to dry them, but these are only fit for the trash.

I had been a loyal customer of another leading brand, but was very pleased with the Kleenex ultra soft, which my husband bought by accident. I kept buying more. I spent 6 weeks with bronchitis and had a small garbage can next to the chair I hung out in during my recovery. Well, the constant companion of my new tissues and the ones discarded have made me have a horrible allergic reaction i.e. nose and eyes irritated constantly. Now that I'm well I only have the small box by my reading table but I think I'm allergic to them. I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't find the exact ingredients to the Kleenex ultra soft tissues. I'd like to add that I am allergic to newspaper, mass market paperbacks, and some trade paperbacks. I may need to have to ditch the Kleenex for old fashioned cotton hankies. But what do I keep around for guests? Please list the ingredients for ALL your products KC. Thanks.

Bought a 12-box package online, late '23, and they're nothing like the former Kleenex™ I've always received. There is an overwhelming odor of a manufacturing solvent, which has made me develop a horrible cough and watery, scratchy eyes I'm switching back to Puffs™!
