I chose the gummies because I feel my husband will take the vitamins if they taste good over swallowing a pill form vitamin. They are soft and chewy and don't stick to your teeth. They're enjoyable to chew with no unpleasant aftertaste. They include many of the vitamins I look for in a multivitamin. I would recommend One A Day advanced multivitamin gummies because they taste good and I feel will be taken when you enjoy them.

I'm only 46 but bought the senior brand on a whim, as it seems good brain health seems wise. I just can't get past the taste which is awful. That is why I wanted a multivitamin that is formulated to support these areas of concern, with a focus on brain function, and made specifically with the over-fifties in mind. I much prefer to take my multivitamins in gummy form as I sometimes find tablets a problem to swallow. These particular ones are easy to swallow and digest, are nice and soft, and taste good too. I am taking the recommended dosage of two per day. I like the fact that these gummies are free of artificial sweeteners as artificial sweeteners usually leave me with an unpleasant after-taste. The fact that these are made for men 50+ made it appealing to my husband. He does not like taking pills, so the gummies was the right choice. You are recommended to take 2 per day, but the bottle comes with 110 so it lasts almost 2 months which is perfect! I also like the fact that the gummies are Not coated with sugar, like so many others are. When you do open the bottle, it does have a medicinal smell, but the gummies taste decent. They don't have a fruity taste at all, but my husband liked that they didn't. He seems to enjoy them, which is a huge plus, because otherwise he would never take them!
