For years I have taken "Silver", "Adult" or "Senior Citizen" vitamins. They are all very large pills. I often had problems swallowing them on the first try and had to take a second gulp of water to get them down. This is the first time that I have tried a gummy vitamin and it is great. It is chewed and has a pleasant taste. I feel energetic and eager to get on the treadmill. Though the brand is One-A-Day, the recommended dosage is two a day.

My husband also stated that the gummies stuck together when removing from the bottle. While taking the product my husband said he did not notice any change in his energy level. At first i was put off from the thought that I was going to chew up my vitamin instead of just swallowing them. The smell is a bit strong, and the taste is a bit vitamin-ish, but I got used to them by the third day and I don't mind them now. I guess these are for people, like myself, who don't like to take pills, so I appreciate the reason for the gummie. The taste is fair, and it leaves no after taste.
