[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my husband and overall they are very good vitamins, easy to take, especially on the go and provide him with the nutrients he needs being over 50. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they have a bit of a “vitamin” aftertaste and not like some gummies that taste like candy.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the fruit smell, so I figured they were going to taste good. Then I stuck my finger in the bottle to find all the gummies all kinda stuck together in a blob and has to fish around in there to break them apart. I took 2 as directed. The taste was ok but after chewing and swallowing I noticed an aftertaste of some kind. These may be ok for people on the go , but for now I am going to stick with my tablet .

I like the large amount in the 110 piece bottle. One a day vitamins have been around for a long time, so I know I'm getting a product with a great tack record. I need to take my vitamins at my age (55) to keep the body in good condition and overall heath. If you are new to vitamins, this is a great way to start. My teeth are not as good as they used to be, so the gummie is a nice concept. I can taste the vitamin as I chew it which I remember as a kid when I got the childrens vitamin that was a cartoon character. Not a bad taste just different I guess. I take this with a omega 3 gel every night with dinner. I feel that I have better energy levels when I take the vitamins in addition to a healthy food diet.

I just chew 2 up in the morning, they have a nice berry flavor. I've noticed that I am able to recall things easier. My mind seams clearer. I highly recommend these vitamins.

I don't always have the time to eat as healthy as I should. Therfore I need a supplement that covers the important things without a bunch of other garbage. I chose the One a Day 50+ with Brain Support because I figured it can't hurt. The taste is not the greatest but they are vitamins so we can't expect gummy bears. It covers the 3 big ones with plenty of C, D, and Zinc. In all, this is one of the better multi vitamins that I have used with good results.
