When you first open the bottle the horror of childhood supplements almost knocks you off your feet but luckily the taste isn't bad. A little gritty but not anything you can't easily get past & take. I can't say the Mr. feels any better or different but it certainly doesn't hurt to give him a little vitamin boost, especially since he has a hard time swallowing larger pills/supplements.

I was pleasantly surprised with these as they seem to have most of the things that I know you being over 50 years old now and they do not leave a bag after case after you have eaten them. They do not bother my stomach at all. And I do feel more energetic after taking them. The daily recommended dosage is two per day. The one thing that could improve is the taste of the vitamin. It leaves an after taste in my mouth.
