It has the Vitamins that I need and it includes the brain support, which is good since dementia runs in my family. It has the things in it that I need without having a bunch of useless stuff. The flavor initially was spot on. But I noticed a little bit of an aftertaste. If it were not for that, I would give these a 5 start rating. As for the vitamins themselves, these have all that one would come to expect from One A Day to have in their vitamins.
