I discovered this flour after using a brand by Smuckers which was not organic. I love how soft the flour is and without fail, my pie crusts, biscuits, cookies, scones, cakes, pizza crust...you name it comes out very tasty. My husband who loves to eat healthy, always comments on the freshness of the baked goods and how there is no after taste when using a combination of non-gmo, organics and natural ingredients. I hope that you all will continue to make this organic flour as us bakers really need a good product.

I never understood people who were fanatical about a product until I discovered Bob's Red Mill. While my pantry is stocked with Bob's products, the Organic Unbleached white is my 'go to' flour which I use for innumerable baking tasks as well as for my roux and more. I bake a lot (as I make everything from scratch and have a large family as well as a weekly women's group that I make breakfast for) and have learned over time that your baking product is only as good as your ingredients. I love the Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached All-purpose Flour. I find it versatile of high quality and have never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable for the high end quality products they provide. I am a Culinary Arts Teacher in Miami, FL and love the fact that they use US grown wheat and offer a myriad of products for the home/family bakers for special dietary needs and regular dietary needs. I love that it is an employee owned company and admire their stringent standards. I have been patronizing them for over 4 decades and will continue to do so until I can no longer bake. After almost two years of living gluten free to avoid glyphosate poisoning, I purchased this flour and it is worth it's weight in gold! I have had no adverse reactions. I am not allergic to gluten, I am allergic to round up. Now I can eat baked goods without getting sick. Thank you Bob's Red Mill!

I have been trying to make sour dough starter, using the Red Mill All Purpose Flour and Whole Wheat mix. It has worked great. I did call and confirm that the "NONGMO" means that this flour is made from wheat that has NOT BEEN HYBRIDIZED....and the lady confirmed with me that this is the case. It is wonderful to find the normal wheat that has not been altered. We are trying to go totally healthy, cutting out all sugars, dairy and bad altered wheat. The ancient grain are harder to work with (anyway for me) and nice to have our normal wheat/flour source that acts the same. Thanks for the NON-GMO Wheat!!!...

I'm ordering our Bob's Organic products online now. It's a great service to have these wonderful products delivered to the door. We've been using Bob's products for decades and are never less than 100% satisfied. In our house, the all purpose flour gets used mostly for bulk, no knead refrigerated bread dough that I bake as needed (using Jeff Hertzberg's method).

All Bob's Red Mill flours are the best on the market, outperforms any other brands. This All-Purpose flour is reproducible batch-to-batch, the consistency over the last 20+ years is amazing. This AP flour can be used for just about any recipes; the only place I do not use it is when pastry flour is a must use, then I turn to Bob's Pastry flour.

While ordering flour in the early pandemic days, we couldn't get your flour. The grocery gave us a substitute...which was quite horrible, bleached and smelled moldy. Thankfully, in a short time we could get the unbleached directly from you. So, no more gross substitutions for me! I have come to rely on your top notch products and wont accept any other.

This is my go-to flour. I choose organic, because I've read that regular flour uses wheat doused in pesticides to accelerate grain production. As the wheat stalk starts dying, it rushes to produce the grain for survival. If you are what you eat, I'd rather not not eat poisoned food.
