Quality Matters!

In general Bob's Red Mill products are excellent quality. And I buy this flour because it's organic. I have concerns with the amount of Roundup being sprayed on our wheat, so I think organic practices are especially important for flour. Initially I bought this because I thought it was the right thing to do. Now, I'm convinced. During the recent crisis, this flour was on back order and I used standard supermarket flour to feed my sour dough starter. I bake bread every week. And, in about one month, my starter was almost dead. Flat, lifeless, no bubbles. Thankfully the flour came in...and within two weeks, my starter is back to normal.

Been with Bob's Red Mill from the beginning

I prefer Bob's flour to any other, besides the products from Bob's Red Mill are true as advertised. No added unnecessary chemicals. Not like an unmentioned bread company selling bread that is proven in California To be cancer causing. In other words these products from Bob's Red Mill are good for your health. No Poison ingredients added just the good stuff.

Healthy and good tasting in our baked goods.

We bought this flour in Sam's Club and love it. We couldn't find it again here so Bob's Red Mill has it. So glad to look and find it online. Thank you Bob's Red Mill, we did buy a few other things to try out. Always looking for healthy ways to live our life.

Awesome flour!!

I have had indigestion and heart burn for years and until doing research on flours I didn't realize that the store brand flours that have changed their make up by bleaching and adding so many additives, was causing my problem. I make bread, gravies and anything that calls for flour as a thickener, even instead of corn starch and now I have no stomach issues with Bob's flours!! I use to have heartburn sometimes within minutes of eating bread. Now while it is hot I eat several slices hot with butter and I am one happy camper. I am a firm believer in finding a CAUSE of all of our health issues when you can instead of the CURE for some. Try Bob's organic flours and eliminate what you currently using and I can't help but believe you as I did, will be pleasantly surprised. You need to eliminate fast foods too that may have breading. Give it at least a week and if you find the same problems as I did, then throw away your Tums and Zantac!!!

The Only Flour I'll Use

This is really the only flour I like to use. I prefer the 5lb size in the waxy bags for value and storage, but these smaller bags do fit my airtight containers without left over flour to store separately. All my baking and cooking has improved with this flour.

Bob's All Purpose is the Best Quality and Value

Bob's Red Mill Flours are the best. I am so glad that the All Purpose flour is back in stock. I've been a bread baker for a long time--well in advance of the pandemic--so I had some on hand before the virus, but ran out. It was tough to find anywhere, so I was glad when it came back in stock online. It is the highest quality All Purpose and good value, so very happy to have it. Highly recommend all Bob's Red Mill flours. I am gluten-free, so use quite a few of Bob's gluten free flours. My husband gets to eat all of my regular freshly baked bread!

An American Company - HERO

I love the Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached All-purpose Flour. I find it versatile of high quality and have never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable for the high end quality products they provide. I am a Culinary Arts Teacher in Miami, FL and love the fact that they use US grown wheat and offer a myriad of products for the home/family bakers for special dietary needs and regular dietary needs. I love that it is an employee owned company and admire their stringent standards. I have been patronizing them for over 4 decades and will continue to do so until I can no longer bake. God Bless Bob and the Red Mill Company owners/employees.

Perfect for Soda Bread

I have been making soda bread for quite a while now and Bob's Red Mill organic white flour is the best flour for making it. The bread is soft, fluffy, and delicious. I am so glad to finally have found the right flour for making the bread. Hands down the best one!

Best Wheat Flour!

Excellent all purpose flour! Great for yeast breads and other baking. One of the few wheat flours on the market that is just hard wheat flour. No malted barley flour - a stubborn allergy of mine. The quality of this pure hard wheat flour shows up in the quality and taste of the bread I make. I had to switch to a different brand of just wheat flour early during the pandemic because of a lack of supply of Bob's. So glad to be back to Bob's Red Mill product.

Makes delicious soft rolls.

I love this flour. It has the best texture and taste. I use it to make many things, but my favorite in the summer is briche hamburger buns. Sometimes I add Bob's whole wheat flour to add to the nutrition. The rolls come out soft and perfect. Besides hamburgers I toast them and put scrambled eggs and cheese on them. Delicious!!
