I really like this product because it does not have other ingredients (like barley), it performs well in developing a tender crumb in my baking products, it has a long shelf life, and is less expensive than the product I had been using for years. The fact that it is unbleached and organic has me sold on making this a baking staple in my pantry.

I have been trying to make sour dough starter, using the Red Mill All Purpose Flour and Whole Wheat mix. It has worked great. I did call and confirm that the "NONGMO" means that this flour is made from wheat that has NOT BEEN HYBRIDIZED....and the lady confirmed with me that this is the case. It is wonderful to find the normal wheat that has not been altered. We are trying to go totally healthy, cutting out all sugars, dairy and bad altered wheat. The ancient grain are harder to work with (anyway for me) and nice to have our normal wheat/flour source that acts the same. Thanks for the NON-GMO Wheat!!!...

Truly is a purple flower baked up light airy and tender. There is a noticeable taste difference between other flour and Bob's red Mill flour. You truly have to try hard to believe it and to taste the difference and you'll see the difference in your baking

Always fresh, quality flour that gives excellent baking results for cakes, muffins, cookies, etc. The flour imparts a good taste to my baked goods. And I even use the flour when I make impossible pie! While I get a reasonable loaf of bread when using my bread machine, I prefer the bread flour which has been locally difficult to find lately. I tip my hat to Bob's Red Mill with thanks for great products!

I have a sulfite allergy and have not been able to have bread or flower products and quite a few years. I finally found something that seems to work for me flower tastes great and I have no reaction at all to it. Yay!! I can finally have bread again. Thank you so much!

I was glad to find this flour online but sure wish I could buy locally. There are few flours (Arrowhead is the only other one I am aware of and it, too, is difficult to find) containing ONLY wheat. I am sensitive to malt and barley and was so happy to find this. We had a Sprouts in our previous hometown and wish there were a store here in Clarksville, TN that carried this. It came packaged well. I put each bag into a ziplock bag to protect from bugs and stored it in the cool upstairs.

You really can't go wrong with Bob's Red Mill products, especially their all purpose flour. I have used this many times in the past for baking cookies, and recently started using it to bake artisan white bread. The bread I bake with this flour is better than any loaf I could buy at the supermarket, and I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in baking great bread.

I discovered this flour after using a brand by Smuckers which was not organic. I love how soft the flour is and without fail, my pie crusts, biscuits, cookies, scones, cakes, pizza crust...you name it comes out very tasty. My husband who loves to eat healthy, always comments on the freshness of the baked goods and how there is no after taste when using a combination of non-gmo, organics and natural ingredients. I hope that you all will continue to make this organic flour as us bakers really need a good product.

My daughter has a gluten sensitivity. I've been reading and it is really due to glyphosate used in harvesting the wheat for flour. Bob's Red Mill doesn't use glyphosate . I baked all out Christmas Cookies with the organic flour, and she was symptom Free. Thanks Bob's Red Mill.

This flour is the best for baking we have ever used. It is the cleanest flour we've found, and we count on it to not put dangerous chemicals into our diet. Using it in recipes is flawless, always the best results. Once you use it, you're spoiled for anything else!
