Bob's Red Mill Flours are the best. I am so glad that the All Purpose flour is back in stock. I've been a bread baker for a long time--well in advance of the pandemic--so I had some on hand before the virus, but ran out. It was tough to find anywhere, so I was glad when it came back in stock online. It is the highest quality All Purpose and good value, so very happy to have it. Highly recommend all Bob's Red Mill flours. I am gluten-free, so use quite a few of Bob's gluten free flours. My husband gets to eat all of my regular freshly baked bread!

Always fresh, quality flour that gives excellent baking results for cakes, muffins, cookies, etc. The flour imparts a good taste to my baked goods. And I even use the flour when I make impossible pie! While I get a reasonable loaf of bread when using my bread machine, I prefer the bread flour which has been locally difficult to find lately. I tip my hat to Bob's Red Mill with thanks for great products!

I love the service (I live in Canada and use post box), I love the bags, the texture, the price is amazing and I love the fact that I am not feeding my family iron filings. Excellent product and the only flour I use. Baked goods come out perfect every time, the quality of the ingredient really does make all the difference. For years, before discovering Red Mill, I suffered with digestive issues after eating something made with other brands of flour. Bob's Red Mill flour has been the baking solution I needed, I can thoroughly enjoy my favorite baked goods without worry of any adverse reactions. All flour is not created equal, Bob's Red Mill is a step above.

I use this flour for everything, pies, cakes, cookies, breads, pizza dough. I love that it's organic, one ingredient flour. It tastes 10 times better then the white bleached enriched stuff that I grew up learning to cook and bake with. I would recommend this as a staple in any cooks kitchen to never be without.

I have been making soda bread for quite a while now and Bob's Red Mill organic white flour is the best flour for making it. The bread is soft, fluffy, and delicious. I am so glad to finally have found the right flour for making the bread. Hands down the best one!

I love this flour and it's organic which makes my baking even better for my family. Last year, I wasn't able to find it because of pandemic and had to get regular all-purpose, I could definitely tell the difference in my baking things. So glad you're back shipping again.

When I can't use Bob's whole grain ivory flour -- because I need that overly translucent "white flour" outcome in cookies or thin crackers -- this is my all-purpose white flour. I have been moving toward better ingredient choices for awhile. But after reading the story about Bob's Red Mill and gifting of the company to the employees, I've focused on stocking my pantry exclusively with Bob's products anywhere possible. I grew up low income but in a location where we relied on growing much of our own food (and meat from grandparents' cattle farms), so I appreciate the thoughtfulness I believe this company has shown. I strongly support the vision that Bob and Charlee had from the beginning that they then gifted to many who supported them as they realized their vision. Kudos.

I have been trying to make sour dough starter, using the Red Mill All Purpose Flour and Whole Wheat mix. It has worked great. I did call and confirm that the "NONGMO" means that this flour is made from wheat that has NOT BEEN HYBRIDIZED....and the lady confirmed with me that this is the case. It is wonderful to find the normal wheat that has not been altered. We are trying to go totally healthy, cutting out all sugars, dairy and bad altered wheat. The ancient grain are harder to work with (anyway for me) and nice to have our normal wheat/flour source that acts the same. Thanks for the NON-GMO Wheat!!!...

We bought this flour in Sam's Club and love it. We couldn't find it again here so Bob's Red Mill has it. So glad to look and find it online. Thank you Bob's Red Mill, we did buy a few other things to try out. Always looking for healthy ways to live our life.
