First of all, I like the fact that this is unbleached, second that it's organic. It's a high quality, fine flour that blends easily and makes great bread (especially when mixed with Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Wheat Flour), and the best, fluffiest tortillas (especially when using Bob's Red Mill Double Acting Baking Powder).

I use this flour for everything, pies, cakes, cookies, breads, pizza dough. I love that it's organic, one ingredient flour. It tastes 10 times better then the white bleached enriched stuff that I grew up learning to cook and bake with. I would recommend this as a staple in any cooks kitchen to never be without.

I love this flour and it's organic which makes my baking even better for my family. Last year, I wasn't able to find it because of pandemic and had to get regular all-purpose, I could definitely tell the difference in my baking things. So glad you're back shipping again.

This Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour by Bob's Red Mill exceeded expectations. The packaging is a type that seems to keep the product very fresh. It is fine milled, so very soft and organic too makes it a bargain for the price. The zinger of course was how well my shortening biscuits turned out, and the compliments from the family. I'm a southern mom of two grown sons and a teen with a husband the size of a lumberjack....believe me, I've tested lots of new baking products....this one is a keeper.

I love Bob's Red Mill Organic unbleached all purpose flour. It is a comfort to be able to create comfort foods for my loved ones without wondering what level of pesticides are in the flour. Everything I have made with this flour has turned out wonderful!

This is my favorite all purpose organic flour. Just purchased 8, 5lb bags, as we approach the holiday baking season. I love to bake cookies, quick and yeast breads and rolls and weekly batch of sourdough. This flour works great in every application, as well as for making gravy or roux. I love knowing Bob's Red Mill is an employee owned, 'made from scratch" Oregon business with a wonderful back story. While this product does contain gluten, I also frequently purchase several of the helpful gluten free Bob's products, particularly the cup for cup all purpose gluten free four. Great products. Always fresh, quality flour that gives excellent baking results for cakes, muffins, cookies, etc. The flour imparts a good taste to my baked goods. And I even use the flour when I make impossible pie! While I get a reasonable loaf of bread when using my bread machine, I prefer the bread flour which has been locally difficult to find lately. I tip my hat to Bob's Red Mill with thanks for great products!

Love the organic all purpose flour! It is the only flour I have found that I can eat without issue. Other "organic" flour I have had allergic reactions to and gluten free flour doesn't work well in some recipes. But Bob's Red Mill is perfect! Bring on the cookies, muffins, biscuits, rolls, pizza dough, etc!!! I am ready!!

The Bob's organic AP flour is fantastic! I make mostly enriched doughs, and it is both strong enough to hold nice air pockets and fresh, so my moisture content doesn't need to be tinkered with, as with some store bought flour. I love it so much I bought the big bag, as quarantine has me baking more than usual.
