I love this flour. It has the best texture and taste. I use it to make many things, but my favorite in the summer is briche hamburger buns. Sometimes I add Bob's whole wheat flour to add to the nutrition. The rolls come out soft and perfect. Besides hamburgers I toast them and put scrambled eggs and cheese on them. Delicious!!

This is my favorite all purpose organic flour. Just purchased 8, 5lb bags, as we approach the holiday baking season. I love to bake cookies, quick and yeast breads and rolls and weekly batch of sourdough. This flour works great in every application, as well as for making gravy or roux. I love knowing Bob's Red Mill is an employee owned, 'made from scratch" Oregon business with a wonderful back story. While this product does contain gluten, I also frequently purchase several of the helpful gluten free Bob's products, particularly the cup for cup all purpose gluten free four. Great products. Great company. Fast online ordering and delivery.

I bake alot. I also like to buy in bulk. So for me this is the best of 2 worlds. I use all organic ingredients, and Bobs Red mill is my flour of choice. Everything from cookies to hamburger buns comes out perfect. Knowing i am supporting workers, and the organic farmers makes it more satisfying. The flour is clean and wonderful to work with. The 4 packs of 5 lbs makes storage easy as well..DONT stop making this flour please. My family much appreciates it. Thank you.

I have been trying to make sour dough starter, using the Red Mill All Purpose Flour and Whole Wheat mix. It has worked great. I did call and confirm that the "NONGMO" means that this flour is made from wheat that has NOT BEEN HYBRIDIZED....and the lady confirmed with me that this is the case. It is wonderful to find the normal wheat that has not been altered. We are trying to go totally healthy, cutting out all sugars, dairy and bad altered wheat. The ancient grain are harder to work with (anyway for me) and nice to have our normal wheat/flour source that acts the same. Thanks for the NON-GMO Wheat!!!...

This Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour by Bob's Red Mill exceeded expectations. The packaging is a type that seems to keep the product very fresh. It is fine milled, so very soft and organic too makes it a bargain for the price. The zinger of course was how well my shortening biscuits turned out, and the compliments from the family. I'm a southern mom of two grown sons and a teen with a husband the size of a lumberjack....believe me, I've tested lots of new baking products....this one is a keeper.

My daughter has a gluten sensitivity. I've been reading and it is really due to glyphosate used in harvesting the wheat for flour. Bob's Red Mill doesn't use glyphosate . I baked all out Christmas Cookies with the organic flour, and she was symptom Free. Thanks Bob's Red Mill.

This is my go-to flour. I choose organic, because I've read that regular flour uses wheat doused in pesticides to accelerate grain production. As the wheat stalk starts dying, it rushes to produce the grain for survival. If you are what you eat, I'd rather not not eat poisoned food.

I am a beginner baker and love the ease of mixing and turns my "products" into professional quality. Have told friends to try and was surprised at how many already use products from Bob's. First purchase was 12 products online and 3 at supermarket . I am forming what will be a lifetime loyalty...

We bought this flour in Sam's Club and love it. We couldn't find it again here so Bob's Red Mill has it. So glad to look and find it online. Thank you Bob's Red Mill, we did buy a few other things to try out. Always looking for healthy ways to live our life.
