All my life I have used Cottonelle Clean Care Toilet Paper- I swear by it and I personally refuse to use other brands. Recently, I ordered the Cottonelle Ultra Comfort as opposed to my typical preferred Cotonelle Clean Care. After using the purple packaged Ultra Comfort for a few days I noticed things to be a little itchy below the belt. (I am female) I developed my first yeast infection as a result. I have not changed any of my soaps, perfumes, diet, or medication that could have caused a yeast infection. So, I did my homework. I began researching and this is more common than I imagined: People are allergic to toilet paper. Most common brand: Cottonelle. Why? Apparently Cottonelle may sometimes use bleach in their toilet paper so the paper has a brighter and whiter color/ appearance. Once I switched back to Cottonelle Clean Care the itch and irritation subsided. I'm writing this in hopes people think twice before buying the cheapest brand/ or style of tp. Quality over quantity. You truly do get what you pay for.

You have decreased the width of 12-pack toilet tissue about one eighth of an inch, the number in s roll was also decreased. Quality of paper was wose too. You cheated on consumers. This is a very dishonest business practice. I called it " fleecing of America". I've stopped using your brand, and urged my friends to do the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cottonelle toilet paper is the best on the marker. Thicker than other brands. We have been forced to use other brands during the current shortage and find we definitely use more product with them. Unfortunately, Cottonelle is sold out everywhere. Our subscription service has cancelled our orders. If we were able to buy directly from the manufacturer, we would definitely do that.

Cottonelle Ultra is a very good product that I've used for years, but please, no more size reductions in order to boost profits. After noticing the roll now rolls wildly back and forth on the holder, I measured the sizes of a roll from an older (but recent) package and one from the newest package. The older one was 4" x 4.125", while the newer one is 4" x 3.86"! I'd rather pay a little more for a decent size tissue. I've read several complaints on different sites, so don't bother giving the same canned response.

They couldn't leave a good thing alone. Had to go changing it up. I hate the new quilts, bring back the stripes. The product leaves fuzz on everything it touches and shreds easy. Its also thinner. Dont want ultra comfort. Bring back Ultra Strong! Guess I'll have to go back to Charmin. Let me know if it changes back.

I see others have commented, so I will keep my complaint short and add it to the number of those who are unsatisfied. Though I love this product, I am not happy with the change. I just unknowingly purchased my first pack of Cottonelle Toilet Paper at the smaller roll size. The old rolls are 4 1/2? wide. The new rolls are shorter by just shy of ? of an inch. That is a substantial reduction! Faults: ?Roll too small for dispenser ?Sheets are now an awkward child size ?More sheets used per ?sitting? for the desired thickness (room for accidents) ?Changing rolls more frequently ?Less product means purchasing more often ?For every three packs of TP in the smaller size purchased I will only have the equivalent of about two and a half packs of product in the old size As a longtime consumer, I feel ripped off.

I am a lifelong Cottonell customer and Cottonell was the only brand of toilet paper I purchased for over 20 years. I am extremely disappointed with the new product. I read reviews on Target and many seem to be disappointed also. Too bad you did not ask your customers feedback before making changes. The new size has smaller sheets and the mega roll is ridiculous. It doesn't fit my toilet paper holders. I hate to say this but I am going to need to change brands. Disappointed!

This is the best toilet paper I've ever used!!! It's about time someone manufacturered the wider roll. Only problem is that we can't find it again. If it was an experiment please move forward with it! We bought it at Costco in Plano Tx where can we find more?

Of all things this morning I was researching the different Cottenelle choices as our last large bunch triple roll was horrible, thin and scratchy. All rolls. I though maybe we bought the wrong selection but after coming here I realize it was what use to be a wonderful Toilet paper that we have used for over ten years. It does not even make the top three worth consumers report on cushy. Not sure what we will buy this morning but are definitely looking at other brands. What happened to your quality in the past year? We are young seniors, so we have had a lifetime to try different products but until today, it was Cottenelle for the past ten or twelve years. No more

I was a diehard Cottonelle fan... until they went and changed the texture of the Ultra Comfort Care. It used to be nice and strong and didn't roll and break off into little bits that got stuck where they shouldn't get stuck. But now that's exactly what it does. It's dusty and begins falling apart as soon as it gets wet. Now I have to find another toilet tissue. Cottonelle, as the old saying goes - if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's a little *too* soft. Soft is good, but thick and strong is better.
