Great printer. Easy to set up and great price.

When printing envelopes you feed them in the front of the machine, problem is that they come out the back. If the machine is set on a table next to a wall it is almost impossible to print envelopes. I do not recommend buying this machine if you intend to print envelopes. A real let down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about Brother is these machines last a Long, LONG time before they'll need to be replaced. By a long time I mean atleast 10 years! This machine does everything I need it to do and it does it headache and hassle free. I love love love this brand.

A great machine for home use. The only problem I have had is that the feeder system gives an error message. I have done everything to get it working but to no avail. The flatbed works well but becomes a pain when say you have six documents to scan and then each has to be done individually.

Purchased to replace a 10 year old MFC-7820N that stopped being able to feed paper from the tray. I love the much faster speed of this unit, and better yet, the auto-duplex capability.

Efficient and reliable.

I was very pleased with my new Brother printer, copier and scanner. It was easy to hook up and I was able to start using it immediately. It is great that it can print on both sides of the paper which saves paper for me. I am glad I made this purchase.

Up and running in minutes - easy set up. Unusual now days - the device did everything it claimed it would do. Customer Support great. Set up on my wireless network and operational in minutes. Only one problem that was resolved by Customer Support - immediate response by Customer Svc - no "on hold waiting for an agent". The issue occurred when the printer would "go to sleep". From that point forward it could no longer be recognized by my IOS devices - I would have to "restart" the printer each time to be recognized. Customer service resolved issue within 5 minutes on first call - provided a link to download upgraded firmware. Great Customer Svc - I think for the life of the device

For the price the printing speed and quality is quite good, as is the scanning/copying. The only drawback I've come across is that the touch screen isn't very touchy. I find myself having to press... and press... and press again, before it will do what I want to do.

The most significant feature that I LOVE about my Brother Printer is the professional quality of the print copies; this is extremely important when I have to mail important correspondence to a government agency or regarding educational projects as a homeschooling parent. Also, my printer saves me money because I am not buying little ink cartridges over and over again. I have saved a lot of money on print cartridges with my Brother Printer because the toner cartridges last so long. My Brother Printer was a Great Purchase, and I will trust the Brother Brand when I purchase a color printer in the near future.
