Once again, the this Brother machine was easy to install (e.g. on wireless network) and love the display action choices versus using the button options. This is the fourth of fifth Brother machine purchased and every one has been great.

We had been using a HP, we ran out of ink once a week at best and slow. Brother much more suited to purpose, fast reliable and still running on the original ink cartridge that came in the box one month on

EXCELLENT FOR MY PURPOSES. THE ONE NEGATIVE IS THE OPERATION MANUAL. IN YOUR ATTEMPTS TO MAKE IT SIMPLE, IT HAS BECOME TOO SIMPLE WITH INADEQUATE INSTRUCTIONS. PS. YOUR TECH HELP IS MOSTLY VERY GOOD WITH A FEW NOT SO GOOD

Printing, scanning and copying is very easy, especially with the automatic feeder. Only issue is that I needed to add the printer by IP address on my computers for it to respond. Fortunately, the printer's IP is easy to read on screen.

I love my new Brother. Took the advice from Consumers Reports and the product lives up to their great recommendation. Easy to operate and install, good quality printing, fast. Doesn't take up a lot of space.

I have gone through several printers made by two leading manufacturers. They all just die after a few years. Don't know why. I am hoping for better results for this printer, which a consumer magazine rated as most reliable. So far so good.

Prints fast, copies fast, scans fast and accurately. Love the feature which allows me to print on toner-saving mode! Its small footprint takes up minimal space.

Instantly set up. I just connected it to my cable modem as I have a large house and a large wireless system, this saved the hassle of having to worry about range, the printer just becomes available across the whole network.

Ease of installation and ease of use. The only problem is the manufacturer did not include printer USB cable that is need during wireless installation. To the manufacturer this cable would not cost more than $2.00.

This printer was the beast investment I've made in a long time. Setup was simple; the printer came with an installation disk, and once I registered my product on the Brother site, everything synched; it was amazingly easy. I've had no trouble since I purchased this printer, unlike the HP Officejet all in one it replaced. It stays online, everyone can print with different versions of Windows, and the quality is excelllent. I highly recommend this printer to anyone needing a medium level all in one; I've had several and this is the best BY FAR.
