I am very pleased with the Michelin Tires. I have had them in the past as well as other tires and I came back to Michelin. My vehicle handles much better and I feel it stays to the road more. I drive with caution on wet roads but I feel much more safe with the Michelin tires on wet roads. I drive a lot of curvy roads and I am much more confident with the Michelin tires.

I installed a set of Michelin Defenders on my 2004 Chevy Malibu Maxx 500 miles ago and so far they are the quietest and smoothest riding tires that I have ever owned! I drive 50/50 city and highway, but will have to wait for winter in Michigan to feel how they perform in the snow, slush and ice.

The tires are on a 2006 Avalon, inflated to 35 psi. I needed a tire that would give us a good ride, be quiet, have a great grip on wet pavement and yet give good mileage. The Defender appears to have all those attributes. We travel along I-95 regularly, and this has been a great tire so far.

When I decided on Defender Michelin tires for our Crown Vic, it was after extensive research. Because of the high mileage life of the tire, I had doubts about ride and gasoline efficiency. Big surprise - I actually found that everything about this tire is a good ride, good mileage (30 on the highway) and we drive this car over 25,000 miles annually commuting and traveling through various traffic conditions. Frankly, this tire will replace tires on my other vehicles. You will never go wrong with the Michelin Defender tire!!

The tires that came on my 2011 Camry were making a lot of road noise before they even hit 30,000 miles. Someone asked me if I had snow chains on my car last March while riding in my car! We purchased 4 Defender tires before going on a road trip and the difference was immediately noticeable. The ride felt "floaty" -- it just felt more like we were riding in a luxury car and it was quiet! I also noticed my gas mileage has improved -- 34 mpg on our last road trip.

We've put 15,000 miles on the tires since we purchased them. They are very quiet and ride quality is very good. In addition, the tires show almost no signs of wear. Gas mileage has improved somewhat over our previous Michelin MXV4s. Overall, very happy with tires.

How you use the product - On my car, duh. Things that are great about it - For the most part works like they should in bad weather. Did slide 1 time but it was snow on top of ice. But that is to be expected. Had approximately 4 inches of snow and still got to work. Have only had them for a month, curios how they will wear. Things that aren't so great about it - $, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I run the interstate daily at 70 mph. These tires run smoothly and comfortably, keeping my Volvo S60 sedan steady and true with excellent handling and avoidance maneuvers. Combined with the excellent Volvo brakes, stopping is safe and straight. Keep them rotated regularly and they will last at least as long as promised, if not longer. I've run a number of brands over the years and the Michelin Defender is the best.

The highest quality of tire on the road today. My fuel efficiency has increased significantly. I've noticed great improvement in our vehicle's handling and stopping abilities, which gives me added peace of mind for my family's safety. And the fact that these tires offer a 90K mile tread life is icing on the cake. If asked why I chose Michelin Tires above the rest, simply put, "Michelin goes on before the family gets in"

I demand a lot out of my tires since they are on my work van. I have to haul around my tools, equipment and supplies to my work site of the day. Since putting the Defenders on my work van, I've found that they really grab the road during interstate driving. This really adds a sense of security given the heavy loads I tend to drive around. The only thing I don't like about the tires is that they don't come in a "heavy payload" variety.
