It melts just fine! If you have a hard time, add a little Crisco! I used these and white chocolate chips on strawberries and they were great!

Seriously, what is the issue with this chocolate. Was making chocolate covered pretzels and the chocolate did not melt!!!!

When Nestle came out with milk chocolate, I quit using the semi-sweet. The milk chocolate makes all my recipes taste so much better.
