I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. I love to bake with chocolate and I keep a variety of items made in the freezer for a quick treat. These chips work great in those items. I recently baked a a banana chocolate chip bundt cake and a pumpkin chocolate chip bundt cake. Just bake, cool, slice and freeze. They are also great in monster cookies which also store great in the freezer.

I follow the recipe on the bag and my family asks for them over and over again. They come out perfect and are delicious. Nestle makes the best chocolate chips. We love them in muffins and brownies too... smooth creamy chocolate. Mmmm!

This is the first time I have tried Milk Chocolate Morsels (as opposed to semi-sweet). Eating them straight out of the bag, I found that they tasted like a decent chocolate candy -- not great, but not bad either. Next I tried them in a chocolate chip cookie. They were good, chocolately and smooth, but I prefer the deeper, richer taste of the semi-sweet chips. My final experiment was making hot chocolate with the chips. I warmed a cup of milk in the microwave, then dumped in approx. 3 tablespoons of milk choclate morsels and stirred until they melted. They melted quickly and completely. The taste was much better than the powdered mixes. This is the best hot chocolate I have ever made! I may buy them in the future just to make hot chocolate.

Something is different, won't use anymore. I've been using Nestle morsels in a glaze recipe since 1983, and the recipe failed the last three times I've used it. Tree strikes means you're out in my book, I have to switch or risk ruining my cupcakes and cookies. Sorry.

My son and husband LOVE homemade cookies, which always turns out better with Nestle Toll House Morsels (or chocolate chunks). Their favorites are chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chip. I like how smooth Nestle's Morsels melt down for drizzling over the caramel shortbread cookies I made for the firemen. And they are great to use for indoor s'mores if you don't have a candy bar.

My friends came over for a get-together and we made cookies for dessert. Everyone enjoyed the cookies and took some home for later. It was great to share this baking experience using Toll House. I used these for melting to dip pretzels, strawberries, marshmallows, and cookies in and they worked perfectly. I sometimes have trouble getting a good melt with chocolate, but I didn't have any issues with these. I also tried them in baked goods that could benefit from a bit more sweetness, like pancakes, and chocolate chip muffins - both of which turned out very well. I would recommend using these for baked goods in which the batter or dough surrounding them is a bit less sweet - and using the semi-sweet versions in batter or dough that is already very sweet. #freesample

Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels are a great variation on Nestle's tried and true Semi-Sweet Morsels. You can use the Milk Chocolate Morsels in any recipe where you'd use the Semi-Sweet Morsels. In fact, one great way to use them is to use both Milk and Semi-Sweet Morsels in a recipe; the two varieties compliment each other perfectly. There are no artificial flavors or colors, nor are there preservatives in the Morsels. They are gluten free. If you are using these Morsels to make candies, they melt very well. If you follow the directions, stirring as indicated, you will get luscious, smooth melted chocolate. Nestle's Cocoa is responsibly and sustainably sourced, and they have the Rainforest Alliance seal, which makes me feel good about using their products. How lucky am I!
