It's hard for me to get out..I found this item and am very happy with it....Got it before Christmas

Bought this for my neck and shoulder(s). Works great. Wish it smelled a little better, but it'll do.

I use the bed buddy hot/cold pack for back pain a few times a day and even on bed at night. It's easy to use and effective.

Tried to use this as a cold pack, but after 20 hours in the freezer, I could barely feel any coldness. I am going to return this.

I actually got this for my son and his aches and pains. I loved it so much--I kept it for myself! lol

I have the Bed Buiddy myself and love it, so I got one for my best friend for her birthday. She loves it!

Does not heat as well as the "original" that I purchased probably 15 years ago, but does the trick and is much better than the one that was so old it was held together with electrical tape.
