With Fibro pain I need sometimes heat and ice at the same time on different parts of body, works great. The scent is great and not overwhelming! Also nice to throw around neck on hot day to cool off quick

The Bed Buddy is an amazing product for using either hot or cold. I have worn out 3 previously, they are fantastic. It gives a moist heat when heated in microwave and conforms to most any part of your body. If you haven't tried one for your aches and pains, you really should buy and try. Simply great!!

Unfortunately I have to replace this every couple of months because whatever the filling is, it starts to come out. When I microwave it, and only for the time recommended, what looks like sand starts to get all over. I need to use it frequently due to severe pain and the original Bed Buddy never did this. My sister has one for over 20 years and she has no problems. Since I cannot find anything like this one, I have to replace it over an over again. I do however love it when I first get it because it is an excellent hot pack and helps me so much.

Product came exactly as advertised. I like this product for the inner stitching that helps keep the rice evenly distributed in the bag. The handles are nice too and help wrap around the lower back. I had the older version of this and finally decided to upgrade.

The moist heat works great. shape is kind of different, this should have been filled with more stuff. shouldn't have to adjust to have to keep adjusting.not full all the way. needs more great price. works pretty good, heat works well but haven't used for cold yet.

I love the Bed Buddy that I have owned for a few years and bought a few to give to my husband and some friends. It is not the same design or as pictured in the online ad. There is a seam down the center that makes it hard and uncomfortable; not able to sleep with it. I returned all of them. The original design is great and super comfortable, so I'll continue to look for it.

Haven't used this yet. Ordered it after I woke up with a stiff, painful neck, shoulder and base of head. But by the time I received this, I didn't have the pain anymore... thank God. I did have a microwave heating, neck pad, but it burst losing all those tiny balls inside, so I am glad that I have this for the next time if it happens.

Dangerous- fire hazard Used once - no problem. Attempted to use again another day and the product started smoking in the microwave- almost caught on fire. I thru it outside. The smell of burnt popcorn lasted almost a week. The natural filler cooks ever time as you heat it up- so eventually it becomes overcooked and could possibly do this.

I have used the bed buddy since I was little and I am now 25. My parents still have there's at home and I have been using heating pads until now when I decided to see if bed buddy's were still around! I use mine about every other day, especially in the winter time. Helps with general aches and pains, especially when you sleep on you neck wrong the night before. My boyfriend uses it for his knee and it seems to help. Will always recommend the original bed buddy!

It was okay for warming my hand where I have arthritis. I hadn't used it for awhile because I haven't needed it and when I recently moved it I found that mice had gotten into it and made a mess of the entire contents. I had it stored in a ziplock bag but I would recommend a stronger container.
