Great product

I love the Bed Buddy products but this thing is DISGUSTING! The inside of the box is full of a reddish brown dust. When I slid it out of the box onto a piece of newspaper there was an unpleasant smell. I took it outside and held one end while I patted the length of it to get rid of the dust. Then I did it again while holding the other end. After it's heated it goes from smelling unpleasant to absolutely reeking. Smells like a hamster cage that's past due for a cleaning. It stunk so badly that I set it outside to cool. The plate I'd heated it on was full of dust and when I lifted it up to return it to the box, still more dust came off of it. It's tripled bagged, ready to be returned. I'll never buy another Aromatherapy Bed Buddy product again.

I've had an "original Bed Buddy" in my house for 3 decades. It has changed only slightly for the better in that time. Always reliable...sore muscles...aches and pains, we always reach for the Bed Buddy. It's used by all members of the family. I recently purchased 2 new ones as the old ones were dirty after years of use. Less than $9...a great value!

I have bought these before at local drug store, but they quit carrying them to sell their own brands. In looking them up on the net, I found that Sam's Club has them at a great price. They are very effective hot for pain relief, but can be frozen for cold also.

I have one at my house and one in my camper to help relieve aches and pains. I use it on my neck, shoulders and lower back when needed. It holds heat for quite awhile. Just don't overheat initially. What feels hot to the touch and hot on more sensitive body parts are two different things. It is not too big to take with you. Only improvement I would make is to have washable covers available.

I was replacing an old Bed Buddy I have had for about 15 years. It was a great product then and an even better product now. The seam down the fabric keeps everything in place. When you microwave it, it keeps the heat for about a half hour before it starts to slowly lose the heat. It is great for aches and pains such as back aches and sciatica. I have bought other brands and none of them kept the heat as long. Hopefully this Bed Buddy will last as long as my last one!

Love bed buddy! Originaly purchesed after surgery and it helped a lot. After that bed buddy found a place in my bed in winter time :) Also got one when my baby had colics to put it on his tummy (only 20-30 sec in microwave so it doesnt get to hot!!!)

I do not know where these 2 Bed Buddy heat packs came from but they smell like mildew or mold. I thought maybe if I heated one up it might quit smelling, but it only got worse. I have to old Bed Buddy heat packs I have had for about 10 years and they have never given off a moldy odor. I'd like to return but I can't see spending $12-20 on return freight when they only cost $7 each.

Every other heating pad that I have tried has not worked well for my neck. This product works perfectly. I wrap it around my neck and put one end through a loop and it is like wearing a scarf. I can tighten it or loosen it depending on my needs. Great product!

This is an amazing product does wonders for my aching neck.
