The product is thick and clumpy. I diluted it with water when I used it but it was hard to mix. When I put the cap back on the bottle it oozed out of the bottle, making a mess. I do not care for the fragrance. Based on other reviews I have read this is a common occurrence. I am throwing the rest of the bottle away and trying a different product...no more Downy for me!

This is my absolute favorite fabric softener! Not only does it actually make your clothes softer, it also smells wonferful!! This is always my first choice when purchasing fabric softener. I've used several others, from the same brand and other brands, and nothing comes close to working as well as this does! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

I slept like a baby after washing my bedsheets with Downy Ultra Soft. I will definitely make this a regular item on my shopping list.

I love Ultra Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner. I always use this fabric conditioner every time for laundry. I just need put 1/3 of cup for medium loads, 2/3 of cup for large loads, 1 full cup for full capacity loads. It brings lasting freshness for all my clothes. My clothes's colors are protected. Beside, this fabric softens, fights stretch, reduces wrinkles, anti-static, anti-fuzz. All my family members like the fresh scent and feel comfortable when putting clothes on.

Makes them feel smooth and helps the rooms and closets smell nice. Only issue is with my washer not product since I have to remember to run down during rinse cycle to add it and half the time i miss it.

I have been using Ultra Downy in April Fresh scent ever since I received it in my Influenster VOXBOX. I am very impressed with this product. It has been so amazing for my family of five and i. and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed! Our clothes are left feeling very soft and the scent is amazing! We ran out of the sample size very quickly and went and bought more, we are hooked!

However if you love floral dents this is a great light sent for you. I normally use another downy softener (original blue one) and love the end results - cloths and laundry that feels so soft and smells great. Really you can't go wrong with this downy choice!
