It also seemed to reduce the amount of wrinkles in linen clothes. I will definitely keep this in my laundry room at all times!! Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid user of products that will make my clothes look better and last longer. This is one of those! The scent is fine. I tend to like other, more manly scents (which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars). However, this left my clothes soft and really brought out their color. I have a lot of black pants and this kept them from fading. I wear colored shirts and the colors are as vibrant as the first time I wore them! I have always had clothes fade over time, but thanks to Downy's Fabric Conditioner, my clothes are soft and true to color! I would highly recommend this product - I just hope they come out with it in other scents!!

I was really nervous, at first, to use these Downy Unstoppables because I'm not a huge lavender scent lover, but these smell amazing! I use these primarily with my towels and bedding. The size of the bottles is great value too as it's very difficult to find this size of bottle at any store.

I like this fabric softener because of its lovely decent smell. I tend to have headaches/migrains and if something smells to strong it easily triggers them. And it doesnt smell like total chemical thats a plus too. I mostlikly use it in towels, blankets and underwear to make them extrasoft. I got to test it for free that was pretty nice.

I have loved Downy softener for years. I even remember as a child I loved when my Mom would wash our clothes using Downy softener. It always made the clothes soft and smelled so fresh. The smell is like a fresh clean breeze as if your clothes were hung on the line to dry. I will continue using it. I recently got a sample to review for my unbiased review and i can say it still smells good as I have always remembered

I loved this the first time I used it! Its soft and smells so good, it leaves my clothes feeling fresh and clean, not heavy and greasy like some softeners do! Would recommend this to anyone! I did test this product for free, but all of my opinions are my own!

I love the product and I've used it for years. My complain is that the caps are on too tightly. They're obviously machine tightened and I have to hunt down a man in the store to loosen the cap for me before I check out. I can't open them myself anymore.

I didn't realize that my household was running low on detergent. I should have expected it. A husband who washes his gym clothes every day, two babies under the age of two, and a mom who cleans and tends to children until my clothes look like table cloths. I came across a sample of ultra downy April fresh that I had received in the mail. I was on the LAST load of clothes till my husband got home with the only operating car. This particular load was my 22 month old son's bed sheets. I poured in the detergent and set it to wash without much of a second thought. The clothes dried and I took them upstairs to make his bed. He followed after me and no sooner had I laid his comforter over his mattress than he climbed into the bed and lay his head on the pillow. "Night night" he said. I said it back and watched him. He was smelling his sheets! They must have smelled good because he took a nap all by himself! I was thouroghly impressed and would be more than happy to repeat this experience! I'm so glad I received my sample in the mail!

I can't live without softener on my clothes. I was given a bottle of this to try for review. Though it worked great as far as softener goes, the scent was a little strong for me. I tend to lean towards non-scented laundry products. I wish companies made a mild smelling detergent/softener. There is no middle ground....just very strong scent or no scent.

This is most certainly the case with Downy, especially the April Fresh scent. I have been a loyal customer for literally decades now. A little goes a long way, maybe because they have perfected this fabric softener, and that only comes with time. This specific scent honestly lasts for months. I can be at work, scratch my arm and the scent bursts from my clothes, reminding me why I do not cut corners or sacrifice with cheaper brands.
