Like many other here I has issues with the resistance being stuck and not being able to use this machine. PLEASE CHECK THE PLUG INTO THE MONITOR!!!!! I put ours upside down!! I was SUPER ANGRY, contacting customer service, trying to un plug and plug in again, but I read somewhere on these reviews that someone had redone the plug into the monitor. PLEASE PLEASE TRY THIS!!!! My last resort I unscrewed the monitor and unplugged and plugged in opposite the way I had it. Plugged the machine onto the wall and immediately the resistance was released to level 1!!!!!!! I could finally hear the machine adjusting gears when switching levels. Please try this!!!

Machine is well made, iFIT is good idea but needs lots of work, too much talk. But I will give it a shot. Speaker don't use Bluetooth to play phone audio, needs Aux? But my main problem was same as one of the other reviewer who gave 1 star. Because of it I might have to return this huge elliptical if I hadn't found the solution. Even after iFIT activation, console showed power but was stuck in highest resistance. I also noticed that moving elliptical wasn't counting my pace or distance. That gave me a clue that the issue could be with the cable connection from base to console. Once I connected the two cables other way it worked like a charm. This connector design needs improvements, it snaps either way, one way we get into this problem (console powers but no data is recorded, machine gets stuck at highest resistance), other way it works as expected.

Delivery to garage. Had to use dolly to get to basement due to weight. Extensive assembly really a 2-person job. Machine locked until activated on website, however the link provided takes you to a place where the only options are to select a $/month membership to online fitness program by iFit. Eventually figured out how to get unlocked without joining.

This elliptical is perfect for what I need. I'm recovering from knee surgery and this is perfect to avoid the pounding when I run outdoors but still gives the cardio workout I need. No fan built in but ok. I have not activated the ifit yet but will wait when I'm stronger, but Machine works without it.

Very nice product. I did not like that the products resistance is on the lowest (number 1) and it is very hard to workout. I bypassed ifit which i think is a scam. other than that its a fine product. I could only use it for 5 min due to the resistance so hard eventhough its on number 1. If you are older dont buy this machine the resistance is crazy difficult and super hard to use.

Most ellipticals have two types of resistance levels. First is the resistance to speed and the second, the incline of your pedals. This has a manual set with the incline (doesn't change) and only has a resistance to speed. For someone like me who uses the incline settings, this isn't a good fit. Also, some parts came in scratched

I was so excited to get my elliptical!! I had to wait 2 extra weeks because the sister company that does the delivery wouldn't deliver it. When it did arrive the box was tore up and my equipment had dents and pieces of it broken. Walmart did a free job of shipping it but I would suggest not using the delivery company !!

Horrible machine not worth the money. It doesnt glide ride and shreds metal particles on my floor everytime I use it.

Please DO NOT BUY this product. I makes a lot of noise once you increase the levels beyond 7 and even level 1 is harder than usual. You may land up with an injury if you are using it for your back. Please don't not buy this product. This was an awful experience.

Delivered and left out in the pouring rain. Water poured out of the box when we moved it. I'm sure it was great for the electrical components of the machine. By the way, the garage was accessible as well as a covered porch. The instructions say specifically to leave in a dry place. Those weren't my instructions, but the company's instructions.
