[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really? Who wants to discuss toilet paper? But, I have a great story to tell. I have my 83 year old mother in law lives with me. She exceeds the maximum use of TP in our household...(We have a septic tank and need to be cognizant of the amount of tissue being used). Once I gave her this sample, she actually commented she could use less TP now...YEAH!!! no more pumping the septic twice a year...

My husband and I have used Charim, ultra soft, Mega rolls, for 40 years. I have to let you know that recently we have noticed that the products ply does not seem to be of it's normal quality and we are totally disappointed. The quality is similar to Angel Soft now. We may switch to a less costly brand now, that is equally as good, for less price.

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft since it was introduced. I would like to speak to the marketing genius that decided to save a few cents and make the rolls 3/8 inch narrower. You took what I considered a perfect product and ruined it with this change. Not only does this narrower roll flop on the holder causing it to tear unevenly but a much more serious flaw of not being large enough to cover you hand properly and causing.....well I hope that you get the picture. As far as I'm concerned I am looking for another brand -- yes you've lost a customer, and I will tell every one I know what you did to your loyal customers. I'm an Engineer and what you accomplished is create a design flaw in a roll of toilet paper.....and from my perspective that is very hard to do.

I always buy Charmin Mega Rolls in the 16 count package. It is economical for us, ususally. The last pack that I bought has not been economical because the rolls are not perforated as they should be. When tearing the paper off the roll, there may or may not be a perforation for as many as 9 or 10 spaces when the perforation should be. This makes the roll spin on till there is a lot more tissue rolled off than is needed, An adult will roll the tissue back on the roll, children do not. I am very disappointed with this latest purchase of Charmin and wonder if I should purchase it in the future.

Charmin Ultra Soft, Double Rolls, 91439137-A is a joke. Same soft tissue but rolls are much smaller than normal. Price was the same but being sold as "double rolls" is an insult. This is terrible given the pandemic and supply/demand. Never imagined Charmin would stoop this low.

The Charmin toilet paper purchased from Walmart and other mega stores are of a lesser quality than that which is purchased from smaller stores. Also, in the recent past, the width of each roll has been cut down considerably making each sheet more narrow than in the past. I'm not sure if Charmin made this change across the board to all distributors or just to the "discount" stores such as Walmart, Target, K-Mart, etc. The quality and size of the product has been diminished and it's as if they're selling you less for more money.

This paper is ultra soft as you say but comes apart when it is wet. almost dissolves in your hand and leaves little pieces of paper like lint on your skin. I will not buy the ultra soft again. I hope the ultra strong does not do this.I will give it a try

I am very upset with your company, you have recently shortened your rolls of Charmin! I always buy the Mega rolls because of the size, that way the roll doesn't run out so fast. I just purchased my usual 12 pack and guess what the roll is about 1 inch shorter that the last package I purchased. I know times are rough and your company doesn't make a lot of money, ha-ha!!! This is just crazy, you must think people won't notice, but guess what, I did. I will no longer be purchasing Charmin, I'll switch to Northern or Scott tissue. I'm sure they will probably follow suit like your company, I could be wrong, we'll see, good-bye!

Well, howdy, was I shocked when I opened the package of Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Rolls that I received for free from Charmin. The first word that came to my mind was "luxurious", a word that I never expected to use in reference to toilet paper. Thanks to the quality, you need to use less toilet paper per bathroom experience. And mega rolls (4 rolls in one), means you have to change the rolls less frequently. Charmin Ultra Soft is far and away the most luxurious toilet paper I have ever used. Soft and strong for sure! Every time I use it, I marvel at the softness. This toilet paper is outstanding! Go ahead, America, pamper your butts!

Charmin Ultra Soft is a whole new world of softness, even on the most sensitive skin. This is the first bathroom tissue I've ever felt comfortable using to remove my eye makeup-- that's how soft it is! The Mega rolls are a lot bigger than they appear, which makes Charmin Ultra Soft a good value as well as a stellar bathroom tissue. I find myself having to change the roll less frequently because the rolls are so generously-sized. In every day, Charmin Ultra Soft is the best!
