[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard this was great toilet paper, soft and strong. I was a tiny bit doubtful as products do not always live up to their claims. Well, howdy, was I shocked when I opened the package of Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Rolls that I received for free from Charmin. The first word that came to my mind was "luxurious", a word that I never expected to use in reference to toilet paper. Thanks to the quality, you need to use less toilet paper per bathroom experience. And mega rolls (4 rolls in one), means you have to change the rolls less frequently. Charmin Ultra Soft is far and away the most luxurious toilet paper I have ever used. Soft and strong for sure! Every time I use it, I marvel at the softness. This toilet paper is outstanding! Go ahead, America, pamper your butts!

Charmin Ultra Soft is a whole new world of softness, even on the most sensitive skin. This is the first bathroom tissue I've ever felt comfortable using to remove my eye makeup-- that's how soft it is! The Mega rolls are a lot bigger than they appear, which makes Charmin Ultra Soft a good value as well as a stellar bathroom tissue. I find myself having to change the roll less frequently because the rolls are so generously-sized. In every day, Charmin Ultra Soft is the best!

Charmin Ultra Soft is, imo, the best toilet paper. This 9 count mega roll package is an excellent value. The mega rolls last much longer than regular rolls so you don't have to purchase the product as often. Once again Walmart has one of the better prices you can find.

I never thought I would see the day when the leading brand in toilet tissue would find the need to totally ruin their product. It was bad enough when the tissue was made thinner and thinner, however narrowing the overall width is totally unacceptable. Furthermore, the package of regular sized rolls is utterly laughable--it almost looks like it was made for a doll house! I will definitely be looking to switch to one of your competitors.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this infant sized toilet paper! No warning on label that size was significantly reduced. 3/8" narrower makes more negative difference than you'd expect. Roll flops around on the holder and small size doesn't cover cleaning area adequately (watch your hands!) Returning to store for refund and switching brands. Will not buy Charmin again unless the larger size is brought back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to start by saying I am a Charmin fan to begin with but I usually use the Charmin Ultra Strong (red packaging). I received the Charmin Ultra Soft from the company as a promotional trial and I have to say that I am glad I did. I've always stuck with the Ultra Strong because I figured there couldn't be much difference, but there is a difference. The Ultra Strong is soft but this Ultra Soft is like wiping with a luxurious wash cloth. It's thick, so you don't need a lot and it feels so smooth and soft you would think it has lotion on it or something. I am glad I received this to try because I am now a lifetime Ultra Soft customer.

I liked your Ultra Soft product a lot. It was going to be the TP in my home from that point on. In the Fall of 2013, you made some changes for the worse...1) the roll was shrunk significantly, at least a 1/2 inch. 2) you changed the texture from smooth to a pattern. 3) The new rolls are shredded and uneven on the sides. 4) The rolls are crushed a bit and have to be reshapped to roll properly. 5) And, the price is the same as the previous version. Overall, new product=poor quality. I agree with others- next time please make a price adjustment and explain why. Also, I noticed any response from your company to these comments stopped in August of last year. It's unfortunate you don't respond to these complaints. I will start trying competitor products to find a new TP for the house.

I like your product except for the new roll size. At 1/4" less width per roll x 12 rolls = 3" wide per pkg. x how many thousands of ft. to infinity and beyond is a lot of profit for you and a lot of finger muscle retraining for the rest of the world. Are all other companies doing the same thing?

My 30 year old daughter called me the other night and asked what kind of toilet paper I used. I answered "Charmin is all I ever buy" and she said her 4 year old daughter told her to call and ask me, because she said "Papa has the softest toilet paper ever and you always buy the hard stuff" Out of the mouths of babes

I've been using charmin for years, on the advice of my daughter. Corona made me use two different types of toilet paper. I was NOT PLEASED. I couldn't wait to get more charmin! I was more than happy when I was able to get more charmin. My husband gets all the other brands in his bathroom! I also wanted to compliment your advertising department/firm.i just saw a commercial and it was very informative and heartwarming. Also, thanks for making the donation that the commercial mentioned.
