Charmin is the no 1 paper to use. I am 55 and have been using it for as long as I remember. My parents and 9 siblings have always used charmin. The only difference now is there are more Charmin varieties to select from. Do you remember: Don't squeeze the Charmin. with the store clerk chasing off the customers who tried to secretly squeeze the Charmin.

For whatever reason you elected to reduce the size and thus total area per role, I am totally displeased with the result. Yes, your product is VG and I have used it for many years, but I no longer like the quantity received for the price paid.I believe the value to me is much less than previously and I am looking to try other brands. Price is not a major concern to me, I would rather pay more than accept less for the same price. I believe your pricing strategy is incorrect on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Charmin since Mr. Whipple was squeezing Charmin in his store and I have become very unhappy with your product. It is no longer a soft toilet tissue. The imprinting of the flowers causes the paper to become coarse. I do not want to change products after all of these years but your product is no longer comfortable for me to use.

I have used Charmin Ultra Soft for years because it was the only TP I could find that gave me the comfort for my extra sensitive skin. I didn't mind paying the extra for it since it was what was needed. Now I find that you have changed the roll size, it causes problems because I really don't like to have the reason for using the paper 'on my hands'!! Making the roll smaller (less wide) creates problems. Why don't you just raise the price a bit if that is what is wanted and leave us the luxury of the wider roll?? We already pay more, so why not a bit more instead of making problems for your customers??

I love your product but have been disappointed since you made the roll smaller and the pillows. They are not of any use and it was much better when the roll was 372 sheets. Please go back to what was good, We don't all have to have what the others are doing with their toilet paper.

I come from a strictly Northern TP family, but I am changing their minds! Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Roll is a bargain in SO many ways. It's HIGHLY recommended for the septic tank usage. It is SO soft it doesn't even feel like TP! You can use much less for the wipe, and my bum thanks you for no more burning after the wipe! I have ONE really important question. I was turned on to Charmin by the TV commercial with the Mommy Bear and the Babies. I was also turned onto Charmin by the familiar song that is playing in the background. Could anyone help me and either let me know the name of the song or whom the song is sung by? I will be a Charmin buyer, like the song says " 'till the end of time!"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed the toilet paper without telling my husband. He surprisingly asked me what kind of new toilet paper I bought. When I told him, he said to buy more of that kind! A great complement indeed! He specifically said it is soft, cushiony, strong, and "does the job." Wow!

I've used Charmin for years, and couldn't get it for months! Now that it's back fairly regular on the shelves, it's not the same! My toilet paper holder used to only hold 4 rolls of Charmin. Now it holds SIX of the exact same kind I've always purchased! It's nowhere near AS SOFT or big! Honest. This is a plea, not a complaint! Please don't be in such a hurry to keep shelves stocked that you sacrifice the quality! It feels like gas station tp, and I'm sincerely not kidding! Don't skimp on the fluffiness!

A little funny giving a review about toilet paper but here it goes! It's worth the price because it's thick enough so you don't need half the roll to do the job & we've had no problem with it clogging our toilets. And yes it is soft as advertised and doesn't cause irritation. It's the only one I buy. It's nice that it comes in different sizes so I'm able to fit it on the holders I have in my bathrooms. The double size seems to work the best. The mega is to big & the regular runs out to quickly.

I thought this was a great price until I looked at a roll. The rolls are not only much smaller, but poorly made as there are long skinny strips of the paper that come off the sides as you unroll it! Very unhappy and will never order this again. I would rather pay full price.
