Quality, comfort and dependability WERE synonymous with Charmin products. However, recent width sheet size reduction, a full 5/8 inch, has resulted in an inferior product. Cost versus value scales have been tipped. This loyal customer is no more. You have really gone down the toilet with this measure. I will flush you out, as well as return you to the store for a refund!

I have purchased Charmin for years, and have been satisfied, until Charmin started "short sheeting" the rolls. I think at one point there were 392 sheets per Mega Roll. Then Charmin became, I believe 342 sheets per Mega Roll, so that they would fit most recepticles. I just opened a new package, and now there are 328 2-ply sheets per Mega Roll. We're going out backwards here, and I am ready to find a new product. Please, do not misjudge your customers as being stupid. I would rather pay a higher price for the original 392 sheets, so I do not have to change the rolls so often. All in the name of PROFITS, right? Too bad!!!!!

Love your product. Used for over 30 years. Hate your new size choices. Please go back to the standard size roll that fits the standard wall dispenser. Looking for options elsewhere. Hate the huge sizes or the small rolls. Why change a great thing. Cant we count on you to provide the best product.

I was astonished to find out that the width of the roll shrunk by half an inch. To me this is cheating in broad daylight. I could understand if the price shrunk too, but it didn't. It is one of the most expensive toilet paper with the smallest amount of paper. I am going to return it and hope others do too. They need to understand that consumers are not stupid.

I have used nothing but Charmin (and Bounty and Dawn) for many years. In fact, when we travel, we are very aware of the toilet paper even Marriott uses. I was lucky enough to be one of the households who did the research study when you were to begin the decorative imprinting and the scalloped edges. At that time, I was ecstatic with both improvements and hoped it would be part of your products. The scalloping makes beginning each roll and removing sheets much easier and the imprinting makes a necessity more attractive. Thank you for being so dependable and keeping current.

Charmin is the best on the market.I want to Thank P&G for making more Charmin!It is now available at the store I shop.Thank you for keeping your promises you made in your Tv commercial.I do feel odd writing a Thank you for T.P. but at this really difficult time your company stepped up!Thank you again.

I've bought Charmin for over 30yrs! I've seen the rolls shrink from 500 to 450 to 356 to 328 per roll and now to 308 per roll and thinner and less than a 4”sq! There was a time you couldn't see through the 2 ply sheets, ya can now! I went shopping at the same place I have for years and the price went up again. That did it for me! I bought White Cloud this time, more sheets per roll, the sheets are bigger than Charmin and $2 less! It may not be as soft as Charmin, but I'm tired of supporting a product that continues to downsize its product and then jack the price up anyway! The last several pkgs every roll was glued so much the last 4-6 sheets were unusable! What a waste! I've had it with product downsizing! Charmin just lost a customer!

I have used Charmin for years, but this past week I noticed your advertising claim that states "use up to 4X LESS" on the package. I do not how it can be when the rolls are about an inch less in width! We are paying more for less now! I can assure you we will purchase other vendors from now on!

Although, I always purchase Charmin toilet paper, I noticed my most recent purchase has scalloped edges for the individual sections. I love this! The sections always tear correctly and don't leave partial sections on the roll. I hope this is a change which will be applied to all types of Charmin.

I have used Charmin products for many years and thought it was the best product out there !!.. But... I must of missed the new commercials... with the "NEW this".. and "NEW that" advertising.. I must have missed the " NEW narrower rolls" commercial.. Hmmm.. are you trying to pull one over on us ??... Well.. I prefer the "wider (normal)rolls", so I will have to try to find a new product... Thanks for a good many years of a fine product !!! I will comeback to Charmin when i see the "NEW BACK TO NORMAL ROLLS" commercial !! :)
