I've been a loyal Charmin buyer for nearly 20 years. I'm going to switch to a different brand due to the size change. The TP looks like it's made for toddlers. It's just so small. I've never rated or reviewed any products on any other sites, but having been a customer for 20 years, I felt like I had to voice my displeasure. I would have paid an extra dollar or two to keep the size. Thanks and Goodbye Charmin.

But it will fall apart in you hands. All the ads talk about how soft this bathroom tissue is (and that part is true). But durable, it is not. It falls about quite easily and if you lightly rub the tissue with you fingers, you will get tissue lint on your fingers. I can't help but feel that the cute, fuzzy, lovable, bear, who likes to show you his tail feather, lied to me about the tissue bits not appearing on his bum. I'm disappointed.

I write reviews on occasion, but I have never wrote a review for toilet paper. What drove me to write this? Glad, you ask. I normally buy charmin if it is available, just because its soft and thick, which leads us not to use so much and it last longer. But I am in love with the scalloped edges. I know, silly RIght? It is such a small touch, but when I see it, it gives me a little joy. So, here I go. I am on the hunt for more Mega Charmin Ultra Soft!

I am very mad. I cannot believe you have shrunk the size of the tissue again. First you go from a 4 1/2!" Square to a 4" square. Now it is down c to a 4" × 3.5" and yes it says 3.92" but my ruler says 3.5. I'm finding I have to use more squares just to ensure my hand is protected when I wipe. Bad move! Time to find a new brand. I'll not be paying more for so much less in the future. You have lost my business and I will be spreading the news far and wide.

I have been arguing with my husband because the past several times he has purchased Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper, I tell him it is the WRONG toilet paper and NOT the normal, soft, absorbent, and pattern free Charmin Ultra Soft we have been purchasing for many years! What happened to the tradition soft Charmin we all grew up using and loving?! I hate this new Charmin Ultra Soft! Don't fix it if it isn't broken people!

I guess I use lots of toilet paper. I like the Mega roll Ultra soft tissues because I don't have to change rolls every day. Too bad the rolls are getting smaller. The packaging used to read 308 2-ply sheets per roll. The last package I bought reads 284 2-ply sheets per roll.

Our family loves your product -BUT- you are not fooling us by making the roll of paper an inch smaller. We are not blind to that fact. We have to use more and you save moore. I do recomend your product because of the texture but not because of its size.

The amazing shrinking Charmin - the first Mega rolls were truly Mega. Then they narrowed, and started falling off our tissue holder. We adjusted the holder, but the Mega rolls kept getting smaller and smaller. Now the rolls have narrowed again, prompting one to wonder if soon we'll be flossing with Charmin - what a mental picture that brings to mind! However, the last purchase was the worst - the so-called "Ultra-Strong" tissue was as thin as the thinnest single-ply tissue. The embossing was exaggerated to make the tissue appear thicker, and the rolls were loosely rolled to make them look larger. I've been loyal to the Charmin product through many changes, but P & G has stretched my loyalty to the limits, and I will no longer buy the Charmin products.

I have used Charmin for 45 years -- ever since I set up housekeeping. Always considered it to be the best product on the market. Give us back our standard width rolls that fit our dispensers. It's hard to believe that you would make a change that would affect so many people with so little foresight. You keep making the rolls fatter and fatter--I had to put an extender on my dispenser to accomodate the fat rolls. But there is no way to fill the ugly gap left by the skinny width. Bring back the width, and if you must save, reduce the size or number of sheets. Better yet, raise the price a little and give us both the size and width.

I am disappointed to find Charmin TP is now a quarter of an inch more narrow. I would rather pay more for the product than for the company to be so underhanded by reducing the amount and charging the same price. It is simply not wide enough and you end up having to use more.
