I have been using this printer for a little over 6 months now, and the large ink tank feature is wonderful! But I feel as if you skimped on the rest of the machine. The scanner feeder is not very smooth and jams frequently and I wish it had a touch screen. That said, the scans and copies are very good, so I will continue to use it.

I purchased this printer after my previous work force printer developed a problem with the print head. The ET-3750 was actually easier to install and get up and running, however my previous Epson had a touch screen control panel versus this one where you need to high-lite (select) what you want to do and press the OK button. The control panel is very small and difficult to read and the key pad buttons could use a back light on all buttons to be able to see the controls more easily. The same with the ink tank levels, a back light would make it easier to view the tank levels at a glance. Also because of the printer head plugging problem I had with my previous Epson I set up a print page of colored font that will automatically run once per week so that the colors will not dry out and plug the head. You should consider adding this into you maintenance section as an auto print feature to schedule at least once per week. Over all the Eco Tank feature is a great idea easy to fill, and great for extended color printing. This printer even does a great job at scanning and printing color photographs. I have used several other brands of printers in the past and for personal use the ET-3750 is far superior.

Very easy set up. The only issue was loading the paper. I had to remove most of the paper for it to recognize the paper being loaded. Once set up I could only fill half way. Otherwise it wouldn't grab the paper. I can deal with that, I guess. Not as fast as my laser color printer, but fast enough. Hoping to save over toner cost....we'll see....

I'm glad I finally said enough is enough with HP computers and Printers. The drove me to check for other solutions. Glad they did, this Epson printer set up and quality are well above anything I ever used with HP. I was switching my HP printers about once a year. Poor service and quality. Not to even note the ink program cost was expensive. Thanks Epson for someone making this process so easy to set up.

I bought this printer because it said it would scan double sided documents. So far I have not been able to get anything to scan double sided! Ninety-nine percent of what I do is double sided originals to be scanned and printed. Also the print quality is very light/poor. My last Epson printer lasted 3 years and until the end had great print quality. I'm very disappointed and will now have to find time to return this printer and find one that will scan a double sided document ( the old Epson did this). Don't advertise it scans double sided if it doesn't.

I bought this printer after going through a half dozen various printers with 3 years. Ink was expensive and my printers were breaking down. I researched the “tank” and thought that I'd give it a try. Almost a year later, it is the best investment I have made. The ink lasts and the printer itself is a easy to use product. Would highly recommend this for any everyday printing (we print in bulk sometimes and this printer works wonderfully)

So far so good I spent a little more on this printer but figuredthe savings in ink would make up for it. I had be disatisfied with other, cheaper, printers that only worked for a short while. I've only had this a month. It was very easy to set up (a big plus).

If you like paying outlandish prices for ink cartridges, buy something else.I was looking for a new black laser printer because of the cost per sheet. When I saw the Workforce ET-3750 EcoTank All-In-One I was drawn to the ink tank idea and started studying the cost effectiveness. It calculates out to .0025 cents per sheet (plus paper) for ink AND machine. Then at $55 ink replacement cost for the next 7000 sheets it will only cost .0079 cents per sheet (plus paper). I will no longer pay $800 per gallon for ink cartridge's for an inkjet printer. This is an Awesome machine at a price that has not been heard of before. After the first 100 pages the feed started working smoothly. Now this is my machine and will be the only machine I will buy ever again. I'm giving away my old ink jet machine and laser printers. There is no real comparison. As they say this is the best thing since sliced bread.

The print quality is bad. When scanning multiple pages at same time, alignment of papers is poor and as a result the scan becomes distorted. Have to scan each page separately and then combine into single pdf. The controls are buttons and not touchpad - so it is not update technology and not user-friendly.

In the past, when I needed ink, I would not only check the ink prices, I would check the printer prices. Twice I bought the printer even knowing that the ink supply probably wasn't as full as the replacement. I'm not using it for a business, just casual use for the home but running out of ink is a pain when you live in the country. I know I'm going to love the ink supply. It's quiet and oh so fast. I'm very pleased.
