Excellent Quality

I purchased this printer after my previous work force printer developed a problem with the print head. The ET-3750 was actually easier to install and get up and running, however my previous Epson had a touch screen control panel versus this one where you need to high-lite (select) what you want to do and press the OK button. The control panel is very small and difficult to read and the key pad buttons could use a back light on all buttons to be able to see the controls more easily. The same with the ink tank levels, a back light would make it easier to view the tank levels at a glance. Also because of the printer head plugging problem I had with my previous Epson I set up a print page of colored font that will automatically run once per week so that the colors will not dry out and plug the head. You should consider adding this into you maintenance section as an auto print feature to schedule at least once per week. Over all the Eco Tank feature is a great idea easy to fill, and great for extended color printing. This printer even does a great job at scanning and printing color photographs. I have used several other brands of printers in the past and for personal use the ET-3750 is far superior.

Great printing quality!

I recently purchased the WorkForce ET-3750 EcoTank All-in-One printer and it has meet and exceeded my expectations. The printer was quite easy to setup and filling/re-filling the ink is super simple with no mess. The printing quality is excellent too. I'm very happy with my purchase and have already recommended it to some co-works.

Always know how much ink is in the tank

I love my new printer. I have owned alot of printers, but this Epson is the best I have ever owned. You always know how much ink you have because it is in plain view. Set up was really easy, and I went wireless. Filling the ink tank was easy also. Neat, clean print out every time. Very fast printing also. I don't think you could go wrong in buying the Epson-work force ET 3750.

Works well

I baught this for family use thinking that it was probably overkill. Turns out we're have used it more then I thought we would. One thing that I wish is that it could tell what size paper it had in it. Every time I load paper I half to tell it what size it is. And I wish the screen was a little bigger. But other then that it had been a great machine.

Great machine with software that comes up short.

I have own this for a year. During this time, I can say I love the longevity of the ink tank and printheads. Machine footprint is minimal and not clunky. However, software lacks so much. The user software is too techy, almost late 80s in the window pop up. Doc or pictures scan destination settings are unpredictable. Scan quality and editing is poor. Wireless connection and Bluetooth connection has been updated, reconnected, and re-download half a dozen times. Graphs, calendars, charts are not in the software. Has a printer workhorse, it is awesome. Office amenity task or personal picture saving is poor.

Disappointed

The original printer was replaced for problems with printing colors since it was still under warranty. I wanted to replace with something else but it was not allowed. I'm disappointed that there is no touch screen; all my previous Epson printers had that feature. It will not print double side on legal paper. It's inconvenient to load legal paper too. I've only owned Epson printers for the past 20 years or more and am disappointed in this one's lack of features I had become accustomed to.

super product

I've had the ET-3750 about 3 weeks and it does very well. Initial set up took a little longer, as does printing than other Epson printers I've had, but the quality/results are excellent. The savings on ink should really show this to be a great choice,

Disappointing Print Quality

I bought this printer to save printing cost on multiple copies of a 125 page document. The printer is less than a month old and I am replacing it with a Laser Jet printer to get the quality that I need. I love the Eco Tank system. The ink is easy to install, mess free and is easy to see the status of the ink supply. Kudos to the design team. The things I do not like about the printer are print quality, printer menu interface and noise. On the lower and medium print settings the printer skips lines when printing creating a document that is not suitable for distribution. On the highest setting the printing speed is so slow that cost of time spent is not acceptable. The menu interface is difficult to work with, especially when changing between size and type of paper, or adding paper to the paper tray. The noise of the printer is annoying and distracting.

Frustrated

I bought it last week and am not having much success setting it up. I am functionally illiterate with electronics and the instructions are hard for me to follow and understand. I need help from a real person and can't find a phone number. So, at this point, I have ni idea how this thing functions.

Solid little printer

I've had this unit for about 5 weeks now. It works well, sets up fairly easily, and prints nicely. The scan feature was disappointing, though, for the reason that scanning is still as cumbersome as it was with my HP. Each scan requires user to find and activate scan from the computer and requires user to walk back and forth between computer and printer, instead of being able to set up and scan from the printer. I could not get the document feed to work with scan, and that was also a disappointment. I am hoping to save on ink, and time will tell.
