I am a military wife who recently moved to an area with tall pines throughout our neighborhood. I thought picking up a bottle of Pine-Sol and bringing the pine oil smell into our home would be very pleasant. This new product you are selling has missed the mark. As I began using it, it quickly occurred to me that it didn't smell natural or fresh at all. My husband was playing with our baby in an adjoining room, and he opened an outside door to let fresh air inside and asked me to stop. He was worried about myself or the baby breathing in this new fragrance. He is not usually the type to notice or worry about these sort of things! We are extremely disappointed in this product, and will be warning our family and friends.

As always, I recently restocked my home with Pine Sol original. Upon opening it, I thought the bottle was defective. I'm sad to learn the scent has been changed. If the original scent is no longer available, I will not buy this product again. I cannot stand the new scent. Plus, it is not immediately apparent on the label that it is different. Such a loss.

I go through the 144 oz bottle in a week to a week and a half in my HOUSE, office, clothes, etc. I bought it last week not seeing the new and improved label on the bottle, which indicates a NEW and longer lasting scent. Got it home, put it into my spray bottles as I usually do and begin to clean with it. I kept smelling a WEIRD and UNUSUAL smell and it finally dawned on me it was the Pine-Sol. The smell is so nauseating and is NOTHING like the historical SCENT; I, as many of us grew up on. The old original smell is such a staple for many of us and reminds us of cleaning with our mother and grandmothers. There is NOTHING that can compare to the ORIGINAL scent and I petition that everyone let the company know our DISSATISFACTION!!!!!!! SO THEY CAN BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SCENT WHICH IS SUCH AN AMERICAN STAPLE. FLORIDA

Please bring back the original scent of the original pine sol. I love the fresh, clean, and strong scent of pine throughout my home. It reminds me of my childhood and signifies the smell of true cleanliness. Although the enhancement made to the original smells nice and sweet, it's not the same. Perhaps it might have been better to add that as a new addition to the Pine Sol family rather than replace the "original scent". Keep the original scented pine sol and the "new enhancement" as a lighter scent.

I loved using pinesol, it reminded me of my grandmother and my mother's home, but the new long lasting scent is not the same as the original. It smells like perfume! I don't like it. There was no need to change it, it was perfect the way it was! PLEASE bring back the old original scent, it was my favorite. I'm disappointed that I'm going to have to find something else to use. I won't be buying it anymore until the old original scent is brought back.

For so many years I've used Pine-Sol because I liked the smell of my house after I use it. I do not like the new "original" fragrance. It is not the "original" scent and I would love to see the other one back as the "original" and have a choice to use it or the "new" scent.

I love the smell of the original pinesol. It brings back memories of my mom. We had linoleum floor and the smell of pinesol would fill the air for hours. I mop with Pinesol and when my family walks in the room love seeing them smell the air and know I just mopped. They smile as they walk into the room. Now with the new sent they can't tell that I mopped. The smell does not last and if I use more it does not last and defeats the purpose of buying a concentrated formula. Please bring back the original smell and formula of the regular pinesol.

I could probably handle the perfume like quality of the new smell if it was not so overpowering. I mopped my floor before bed one evening and I was completely overwhelmed by the smell. I went to bed with a horrible headache that night. I cannot use the recommended amount due to the smell. I don't think the product works if you only use a few drops, but that is all the smell I can handle without getting a horrible headache. Please dial back the "long lasting" part of the smell or I will have no choice, but to find a new product to clean my home with.

I have been using Pinesol my entire life and have always loved the smell. I bought some just lately (the original long lasting version) which I figured was just like the kind with the smell I adore but instead it stunk. It not only did not smell as good but it was awful and gave me a headache. I understand that changes are necessary at times, but it would have been nice to know that the product had been changed, ahead of time. I want my old Pinesol smell back!

My immediate and extended family and I have been using Pine-Sol for decades and that scent, the TRUE original scent, always let you know things were clean. I cannot understand why you would change the original instead of adding some other perfume scent. This new original smells like I'm mopping my house/shop floors and stain treating my mechanic clothing in Irish Spring deodorant soap or some other product that masks its inadequacies with excessive perfumes. Please do not continue with this scent, or at least do like the soda manufacturers do and bring black a "Classic" scent. For long time users of this product, I would no longer recommend it. It STINKS! For the folks at Pine-Sol; DO NOT fix it if it isn't broke!!
