I have used Pine-Sol for more than 60 years. I am very sensitive to scents and use only unscented products except for cleaning the bathroom, for which none are available. The pine smell was the one thing I could tolerate, and it didn't last long. The new scent is absolutely intolerable to me and it lasts all day! Since I can't let it get into the bedroom I have to close off the bathroom and spray it with unscented deodorizers, and even then it's an ordeal. If I find another way to clean it I will regretfully throw out the rest of the Pine-Sol bottle, much as I like its cleaning power.

Hello: Please do not tell me that you are changing the original scent of Pine Sol I got the 'NEW SCENT" O my how horriable it smells bad. please go back to the Originial this is your most best ever all the other scents please leave the Original as is please do away with this new scent.

I bought my usual bottle of pinesol the other day and couldnt stand the new smell?! What happened, why have they changed the original scent? I cant buy it any more, the smell is like that of a strong deodorant and it doesnt smell at all like the original pinesol. Please bring back the original pinesol that people have been using for years!

Used the newpine sol yesterday for the first time. Could tell as soon as I put it in mop bucket, was not the same. Then I read the label and found out it was different. Did not leave any scent like the orig. I clean in the American Legion, and you always have kind of a Linger smell from the night before, which the old got rid of. But not the new Pine Sol. I will hunt around and see if I can find some of the good stuff !

When I was a child the smell of Pine Sol meant the house was clean! It was the scent that I have loved my entire life. As an adult I buy Pine Sol in bulk and so when it came time for me to get some more I did. I took it home and started cleaning with it and I COULD NOT believe how weird it smelled! My daughter came home and said the house smells funny. I HATE the new scent!!! I want the ORIGINAL scent back!! There is no point in even using it if I can't have the smell of clean that has always been a part of my cleaning routine. Please fix this!!

I always keep a small stockpile of pine-sol in fear of ever running out (10 or more) and replace a bottle every time one is used up. Little did I know I was replacing my wonderful, nostalgic bottles of original pine-sol with some new, awful smelling stuff that is NOT AT ALL what I grew up with and I don't care to have my home smelling like it. I opened a new bottle, started mopping the floors and the smell hit me like a ton of bricks and it made my daughter nautious and gave her a headache. I went back and smelled the bottles I had more recently bought and they were all this new scent but the bottle says "original". I gave them away to neighbors. Not happy at all.

I have used Pine-Sol for almost all my cleaning needs for years. However, this new, long lasting scent is not really Pine-Sol anymore. I just purchased a bottle and will be throwing it away as it smells, and not in a good way. It is difficult to describe the odor, but it is NOT clean. I will be changing to a different product now.

I have used pine-sol, the original scent, (NOT THE NEW LONGER LASTING SCENT) all my life. The smell made you remember your childhood. But not know, I do not like the new longer lasting scent. It smells too much like turpentine. The original scent pine-sol would get a 5 star rating, & I would recommend it to everyone..... the new longer lasting scent one about 1/2 star & I would not recommend it. Please bring back the original!!!!!!!

I am also disappointed in the "new and improved Pine-Sol. I only like the original pine-sol and having been using it for years. The "improved" version does not have the same clean pine smell and also does not clean as well. It seems to be watered down and not as thick a solution as the real original one. I'm so sorry that you felt the need to improve on a product that already was the best. Any way, I probably will not be buying the "improved" version again and feel sad to say good-by to what was a very trusted product.

I have always used Pinesol and when I purchased my last bottle it was the new scent. I do not like it and will not be buying this new scent again, as a matter of fact I am not even going to use this bottle. It's funny how you relate a clean house with a scent. I hope ya'll will bring back the old scent.
